I had the best experience when I went there. I bought my first Audi there today and had the best quality of service. The representative was so helpful, honest, and knowledgeable. I got a great price-- at a steal! I am a proud Audi owner now :D 1 Replies - Latest reply on 11/07/2011Add reply
Unfortunately bought a vehicle from 21st Cent Auto Group. Earlier in Oct., however the windshield had a chip. They said they fixed it... drove 1/2 mile... chip, now crack !!! Over 3 weeks still not replaced. Never return calls or contact me with updates! 1 Replies - Latest reply on 11/01/2011Add reply
It's my second car at this dealership. This time they exceeded my expectation. I got better car that I came for. They showed me one car and I loved it. If you know what you want, deal goes match faster and smoother.

Payment offer, hand shake, finance department contract signing and I was on the road enjoying my new car at no time. My new car is Lincoln Navigator, LOVE IT... There were no sales pressure, relaxed atmosphere, I didn't want to leave... The showroom it self is a state of the art (I recommend to visit) with all this art on the walls, huge fish tanks with exotic fish, retro cars on the floor... I my humble opinion this is the best looking showroom I ever seeing. Recommend this dealer to any body, my friends and my family...

I sell vehicles for a living, and I wouldn't even consider allowing my sworn enemy to purchase a vehicle from this establishment. Poor service from sales people, finance department, and title clerk. It's worth it, to pay a little extra and purchase from a trust worthy facility.

I called this Auto company asking for a specific car with vin number, which I saw on their website. They told me it is available. I went there in 15 minutes of my phone call. The manager said it is sold. Got out of the dealership and called again. They said the car is available!

SPRINGFIELD, NEW JERSEY -- I have been in the market for a specific luxury car and I found what looked to be the perfect match for me on one of the online car search sites. The car was at 21st Century Auto Group in Springfield NJ. I called and spoke with a guy named Baruch Coleman. My first question was "is the car still available?" He assured me it was. I told him I was going to drive 2.5 hours from central Connecticut to central NJ to see and buy this car so I wanted to be absolutely certain it was available. Yes it is he claimed. (You know where this is going don't you?).

Two and a half hours later I show up. Baruch is busy so another guy helps me and it take him less than 10 seconds to tell me that car was sold a few days ago.
Several people, including the manager said they were sorry and they'll do what they can to find me another and make it up to me. Maybe they will.
But if you are looking for a car at 21st Century Auto Group, steer clear of Baruch.
SPRINGFIELD, NEW JERSEY -- I have visited this dealership on 2 occasions looking for a particular E-350 Mercedes and both times when I arrived the car I went in for was sold.
Both times the salesman tried to show me a similar car of the same year and make for $5000 more than the car I went in for. I have come to realize listening to other customers in the showroom that this company advertises cars with phony stock numbers and Vins to lure customers into the showroom and then try to up sell them in a different car for thousands more.
The second time I went in there I called ahead of time driving from NY and the Internet department told me the car was available. I did not enjoy my experience and to have my time wasted. This company is a fraud!

UNION, NEW JERSEY -- I went to purchase a used car at this dealership in Union, NJ. It is called 21st Century Leasing (Auto Group), but also known as Wheels in Motion and 21st Century Leasing my first tip off that something shady is going on. This dealership mainly sells higher end cars and is located on 585 Chestnut Street, Union, NJ. I decided with a price over the phone with a salesperson. They lied to me about the mileage over the phone which was 3000 more and the features stating it was loaded with everything except navigation.
When I sat down to pay the started adding in additional charges and boosting the price by a few thousand. I had already made a downpayment so I threatened them not to take the car it this price. I finally resolved the problem after all the managers had to come over.
Overall I wouldn't ever deal with 21st Century Leasing ever again. The sales people are unhelpful at best and there product are not inspected and overpriced.
