Recently I was traveling out of state to attend my father's funeral. Unfortunately, I hit a deer at 70 miles an hour. The damage to my Saab was extensive but I continued to drive to my destination. I contacted 21st Century and they assured me that my car would be repaired. An agent called me, arranged a repair company, arranged a rental car and assured me that the repairs would be guaranteed.

I was so impressed because I had purchased the policy not long before and it was over $200 cheaper than GEIKO. I only pay $700 a year for two cars! I never expected such incredible service for such a reasonable price. It is not often nowadays to get great service and a great deal - you usually have to settle for one or the other. It is well worth your while to check this company out!

CALIFORNIA -- Last month we were hit, while stopped, by an insured of 21st Century. Since then it has been nothing but games and lies by very untrained employees. This company should be investigated and probably have their license suspended. If you happen to own stock in this company I suggest getting rid of it as they run up the claims. They could settle them much quicker if they had a brain.

A 21st Century insured rear-ended me on the freeway nearly 2 years ago, totaling my car, still getting therapy and in need of another epidural. I have been trying to settle the claim for months. They refuse to recognize my needed medical expenses and want to settle for less. Don't want an attorney as they want 33% of a settlement and need the money for therapy and possible surgery. I would never recommend this company to anyone. They think they have the last word!

I recently bought one more additional vehicle and wanted to see if any other companies were cheaper than what I already have. After receiving the quote from 21st Century I was amazed at how high it is. The quote they gave me for my situation was $2400 for six month. I presently have insurance through Farmers for $700 for six months. Lesson learned. Never trust a company that says it's cheaper! When I first switched to Farmers from Allstate I saved over $500 a year.

I was involved in an accident AUG, 2 2008. The driver covered by 21 Century blew through a stop sign causing me to hit her. It totaled both cars and messed up my right wrist. I have been sending them paper after paper, report after report for the last year and a half and still no settlement. Every time I manage to reach my claims adjuster it seems they need more.. Enough is enough, I just want to get this done with and have NO MORE DEALINGS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!

CALIFORNIA -- Was told that my refund would be mailed from So California to No. California on Aug 15, 2009. Have not received it as of today Aug 20, 2009. I was directed to Delaware to find out what is going on. I do not recommend this company.

SAN DIEGO, CALIFORNIA -- 21st Century apparently stopped writing homeowners policies in California and cancelled all of their existing policies. Did this happen to anyone else? Let me know.

RIVERSIDE, RHODE ISLAND -- I got a quote on a policy for me and my spouse. Two months later they raised the premium for addition 100.00 more, when I question them, they give me an excuse that they added my daughter to the policy without my consent. I canceled the policy with another charge of 34.00. I refused to pay any additional charges. A month later they put it through a collection agency. They are just deceitful!!

ALBUQUERQUE, NEW MEXICO -- This insurance company is a joke. It is the worst company that I have ever dealt with. They are nothing but liars. The only thing they are good at is playing games. They keep you waiting so that you will jump on the first thing they offer you. Don't fall for this. Get an attorney.

TEXAS -- I'm really glad I read all these reviews. I just got a great quote from them but all these negative reviews helped me make up my mind instantly. I will continue with the company I have been with for 40 years. Guess you get what you pay for.
