FLORIDA -- This happens all the time, but last night was the worst! If you want a dressing room at Abercrombie, you have to make your child crawl under the door. If you want to BUY something, you have to be a patient person. The employees at Abercrombie are only trained to fold clothes, hand up clothes and move clothes around. They need to be retrained to make sure the customer can try things on quickly, and can spend their money quickly!!

HOLYOKE MALL, MASSACHUSETTS -- Took my daughter into Abercrombie kids in the Holyoke Mall today. Lured in by the pretty little things my daughter loves to wear, knowing full well that I shouldn't based on a previous experience with this particular store and the twelve year olds who run it. Let me just say if I'm going to drop 50 bucks on a skirt I don't expect you to kiss my ass but I do deserve to be treated with respect when I come into that store. The manager or little girl running that store was by and large the rudest little twit that I've ever come across. She refused to let me purchase two items because they were store displays and further tried to get the cashier to slip a different skirt by me at the register. When I asked her about it she was about as rude as she could possibly be THEN WENT ON TO TELL ME THAT IF I DIDNT LIKE IT I COULD ORDER ONLINE. well, that was the LAST time I'll go into that store or buy their merchandise if that is how they treat their customers. At the end of December I ordered three items on line from Abercrombie and Fitch store. At the end of January I realized that I never received my package. I started calling. First, I was told that they will reorder the items. I waited one week, nothing happened. I called again, this time I was told that there will be an investigation to find out what had happened and why I never receive the package. I was also advised that somebody will contact me within 3-5 business days. Guess what, nobody did. I called again and this time I asked to speak to a manager. To my surprise I was informed that it was impossible. Also, the customer service informed me with a flat voice that the package was delivered and they are not responsible what had happened.

I am just speechless, disappointed and angry. I lost $230.00 and on top of everything I was humiliated. I was accused of lying!!! Why would I go through all that hassle if I got the package in the first place.
One thing I know for sure, I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING IN THAT STORE!!! and I would like people to know what had happened to me so maybe they will think twice before they order trendy cloths from this store.
