Pool liner was put in incorrectly and we are still waiting for it to be replaced.

CHURCHVILLE, PENNSYLVANIA -- In June 2001, this company installed our above ground pool. After filling our pool, my husband discovered that the liner was put in incorrectly with the seam facing inside the pool instead of toward the walls. They sent a man out and he trimmed the seams and the owner said that at the end of the season they would replace the liner. When we called he did nothing but hassle us and told us that the liner had seams on both sides. The owner has never come out to see the liner and there is only a seam inside on the water side of the pool. When I told him this, he hung up the phone and has refused to answer our calls.

To help keep me as a potential future customer, I would like the following:

At this point we do not want their company anywhere near our home but we would like a refund for the liner so we can have it replaced.

At the very least I would like a response from your company regarding this incident. Thank you for your time.

Above The Rest Pool Svc. Inc. does not procrastinate problems and/or issues, as our reputation proceeds us. We have returned all phone calls regarding this situation, and have left the necessary contact names and phone #'s, for the customer to research the matter for themselves. We have taken every measure to satisfy this customer, as we do with all customers and after speaking to the manufacturer of the liner, (Swimline 631-254-2155), all manufacturer specifications have been met. Our commitment to success is customer satisfaction, however, for some, all is not enough!
