AIPCS - Lying Thieves

I'm another fool who fell for their garbage. I applied for financing and was approved, I was told to send a $265.00 deposit plus a $59.00 money order for the processing fee. They received my money on October 2nd, it is now November 26 and I have nothing. The 877 number is always busy, so I am forced to pay for long distance calls only to be forwarded to "customer service" to be told that my hold time for a customer service rep. has expired - 35 minutes, I've never been on hold for more than 5 minutes. The newest thing is that the automated system says that there is no room to leave a voice message and it hangs up on me. I had a bad feeling when they asked for the deposit in the form of a money order, something you can't put a stop payment on. My next hit was when the "storm" supposedly crashed their system. I spoke to someone 2 weeks ago and was informed that my PC was assembled but that they were waiting for financing to do what they had to do. I came upon this site by accident and read what everyone else said. I am in complete agreement with the person who recommended emailing the Attorney General with the same message every day until something is done. I don't know about the rest of you, but I can't afford to lose my money. It's time to put these thieves out of business!

OF COURSE BECAUSE AFTER THEY TOLD ME TOO BAD ON EVERYTHING THEY WOULD SUE ME FOR SLANDER. SO THIS IS MY OPINION AND MY EXPERIENCE ONLY.

WHO KNOWS, PERHAPS ME AND THE OTHER 48 BAD REVIEWS ARE ALL JUST CRAZY. MY OPINION ONLY.

Where did you see the other 48 complains? I am preparing civil and criminal complaints to be initiated against Lambros, AIPCS, the employees and the shareholders. I would like to support my complain with as many other stories as possible.

I would also suggest that everyone send complaints to the companies that Aipcs lists under their testimonials on their site. These include Klipsch, Gainward, Enermax and Pctoys.

Have any of you heard of the troubleshooter, Tom Martino. He has a nationally broadcast radio program. He is a consumer advocate. He will bring national attention to AIPCS and Labros if we can get him to hear us. I submitted my complaint to him, but if we can all bring our complaints to him, we will create a louder voice; not only for him to hear but for other consumers to hear.
