American Greetings E-Card Service is Horrible
I signed up on a trial a few years ago and keep getting billed. I called to cancel my membership and found that it is impossible to speak to a live operator. The recorded voice sends you to their website. The website is not set up to make it easy to find out how to cancel. I sent an email and I thought I had canceled, but low and behold, the charge appeared on my credit card. I went online to cancel again and received an email telling me my subscription is canceled for 2010, but I need to pay for 2009. Ridiculous. I have not used the service in two years and can't get a hold of anyone to help me.
I WILL NEVER BUY AN AMERICAN GREETINGS CARD AGAIN. What a shameful way to run a business.
