Short version: We were insured by American Family when my wife was hit by another AmFam customer. The other driver was clearly at fault and the police on the scene acknowledged that.
AmerFam cust ran into the right rear tire and quarterpanel-she ran a stop sign, called my agent that night and left a message-didn't hear from them.
For the first time in my life a bill was sent to a collection agency.
