Terrible Customer Service
I tried the free 14-day trial membership with America's Test Kitchen. They wanted me to continue my membership, and offered me a $17.50/yr. membership, if I responded by a certain date. I wanted to become a paying member, so before the cut-off date I tried to renew my membership at the special price that had been emailed to me. Once in the website, at the page to renew or purchase a subscription, it's impossible to get the special price. I emailed customer service, and received a response that my inquiry was received, and I should receive an answer soon. I did not receive help, or an answer. I sent a second email, and my inquiry wasn't addressed. Instead, I was offered a subscription of $4.95/month. Obviously, that is more than $17.50/year. I once again emailed customer service, and received the message that they had received my email. Once again, I did not receive a assistance with my complaint. I've now sent 5 emails, and have not received any response. This company offers a special price for a subscription membership, and won't honor it.
