NEW YORK, NEW YORK -- After requesting over five years ago to cancel our membership, they continued to bill us. We finally contacted our credit card company and canceled with them. Once we did that. America online representatives began calling us daily. When we asked them to take us off their call list they continued to call anyway, Recently when we came back from being out of town, We had 8 messages from them.
Over the past four nights they have called every night. We have not used AOL in over 5 years and they still call us members because they have your credit card number and can bill you. They do not adhere to the Do not call request and I would never use this company. They are horrible and the greediest company I have ever dealt with.
PROVIDENCE, RHODE ISLAND -- Why is it when I try to post a complaint about Obama or Washington on Huff Post it gets censored then deleted however when I go on Facebook all I see on a quarter of the page are political smears from one party or the other? Mostly Democrats attacking the GOP. I didn't request these ads and don't want them. While even though I never swear my post are continually censored and deleted because I don't like Obama or his administration.3 Replies - Latest reply on 06/16/2013Add reply

My phone line has been out since 8th October, numerous phone calls to your "call center" has meant with a I don't care answer, you AOL is supposed to ring BT and get them to look into this. Can you supply and answer to what is happening. Surely someone in the company has the brains to put this right.

This new version does not show stocks I have been displaying for many years and does not display one entire portfolio!! They will not connect me to ANYONE to explain the problem THEY have created and want me to sign up for a charge ($29) to fix the problem THEY created!!!!Add reply

I have been with AOL forever. Until now. Huffington Post is not user friendly. Too many windows that don't line up, too many tabs to punch to move about. If you punch the wrong tab, your stock account is closed and you have to reload. The windows you pull up like news, entertainment, etc., takes too long to load. I have to cancel 50 % of them and try something else. I don't want to learn a new system but there is to much work to Huffington post. I will be changing to Goole Chrome. jhc.5 Replies - Latest reply on 06/03/2011Add reply
The problem with AOL is that it doesn't like to loose even in a game like hearts. The games will load you with clubs 90% of the time this ensures that you will get the queen of spades 90% of the time.

I have emails that I haven't opened yet and I know that they are important.
Working through & with AOL in USA continues to be satisfactory, but when I'm in UK, the service is no longer satisfactory. There are numerous interruptions in service and the whole process of using my AOL isn't pleasant. 3 Replies - Latest reply on 09/12/2008Add reply
