So many complaints, so little time...first of all, I have established an at-home Virtual Administrative Assistance Company and WAS working through Arise Virtual Solutions servicing a major wireless telephone company. This company is a crock!
They train you within an inch of your life (you pay for your training) and then throw you to the lions wearing a meat jumpsuit. Their zillion systems are always down and no compensation is made for these down times as you are your own company...blah blah blah. Someone in the position to evaluate ME emails confidential information to me as a complaint was made...about another agent by the same first name as me. Here's the big one...
THEY DIDN'T PAY ME!!! Due to a clerical error my rate of pay was $0 (and my evaluations have been spectacular!). After seven days of creating "incident tickets" because evidently no humans work in payroll...or if they do they are kept in a cage and communicated with via smoke signal, I receive an email that my issue is resolved and will be paid next pay cycle! Really?
So they don't care that my independent insurance company dropped me and I have no health insurance (check bounced), my five children have no lunch money (checks bounced), I have overdraft fees nearing my mortgage payment amount...SCAM ARTISTS! Fortunately I have other projects going and will survive as is my nature...just feeling sorry for those less fortunate! ARISE IS A SCAM!!!
