Warning! - Do Not Buy From AtomPark Software

I purchased a piece of software from AtomPark Software called E-mail Sender. It says on their website that if you are not satisfied, they would refund the purchase (see details below).

I installed the software and could not get it to work. It is supposed to be able to send thousands of e-mails in a very short period of time (used for e-mail marketing campaigns). I started with a few minor tests. One of the tests with only 3 e-mail addresses, it took 20 minutes to send and it only succeeded in sending it to one address. I read the report that it generates and started to debug. I used the Help, I visited their website for additional information and I even opened support tickets with them but to no avail. The help information is very general and of no help at all. I tried it again after tweaking the settings and it was even worse, no success at all after 25 minutes (using only 3 e-mail addresses). After trying several times to tweak the software, I just gave up. I put in a request for a refund the day after I bought it. I have been fighting with them since December 4, 2006.

I keep requesting a refund through all kinds of channels and they flatly refuse.

Q. Can I get a full refund if your product seemed to be worthless to me?
A. YES. A written refund request with the most minute reasons for it must be submitted within 30 days of making the payment. Use the Refund form available in your MA account. Refunds will not be approved if they are received more than 30 days after receipt of payment.

Please appreciate our position, as some of our products can be used for a one time shot and as you are given an opportunity to evaluate any our software before purchasing for free, we reserve the right to examine every refund request in the most careful way and such examination can take time. Note that your refund may take several weeks to process as it is dependent on your method of payment, on your financial institution etc.

I have over 30 e-mails that I have kept with regards to the problems that I have been having with trying to get a refund, as well as the official requests through their website and support tickets that I have opened, which amount to at least 10.

I will never buy a product from this company ever again and I am telling whoever will listen not to buy from them either.
