Bad Parts, No Service
TRENTON, NEW JERSEY -- I've received the wrong auto part twice. The package has the right part number, but the part inside is wrong. The part itself is marked with a different number. Auto Parts Warehouse never sends me a RMA so I can return the part for credit. They want me to purchase another part and they will refund my money once they receive the wrong part. With no RMA, how can you return the part to them? Maybe there is a language barrier in India or maybe this company rips consumers off.
