Bad Parts, No Service

TRENTON, NEW JERSEY -- I've received the wrong auto part twice. The package has the right part number, but the part inside is wrong. The part itself is marked with a different number. Auto Parts Warehouse never sends me a RMA so I can return the part for credit. They want me to purchase another part and they will refund my money once they receive the wrong part. With no RMA, how can you return the part to them? Maybe there is a language barrier in India or maybe this company rips consumers off.

The Parts Bin / Auto Parts Warehouse / All OEM Parts - are all the same companies with the same phone # 888-628-3247 !!! Beware, to all people considering making purchases from these companies! They don't package their products well and you will receive broken parts, then try to get a refund or replacement part, Forget it!!! Even if the problem is their fault, YOU will end up paying for return shipping and YOU will have to wait 4-6 weeks for a refund, as they make you wait for their refund from the manufacturer before they will issue yours!!! They also have 100's of complaints listed with the BBB! Use the phone number I have listed to review them and you will see all of the companies I have listed come up with complaints under the same phone #!!!

I JUST HAD THE SAME EXPERIENCE WITH AUTO PARTS WAREHOUSE. I ORDERED A LEFT DOOR HANDLE, THE SENT A PACKAGE MARKED LEFT HAND WITH A RIGHT HAND DOOR HANDLE IN IT. JERKED ME AROUN D FOR OVER AN HOUR WITH UNRELATED QUESTIONS AND JUST PLAIN MAKING ME WAIT. I FINALLY CUT MY LOSSES. THEY WON THIS ROUND, BUT I HAVE SET GOOGLE TO FILTER OUT THEIR SITE. PLEASE POST ANY OTHER KNOWN SCAMMERS SELLING PARTS.
