HARAHAN, LOUISIANA -- Ordered after market touch up paint. Even though I chose priority mail, the product didn't arrive for a week. By that time I no longer needed it. Called for return instructions but was told because it was custom mixed, I could not return the paint. This was not made clear to me beforehand. Now I'm stuck with a product I no longer have a use for. The first line of their statement regarding their customer service is "Our customers are very important to us and we will try our best to satisfy you with our product." Well if slow production/delivery and no returns is evidence that I'm important to them, they have a funny way of showing it.
