I was surprised to see a $940.35 transaction on my credit card from "AVIANCA PN". I never used or purchased any tickets or service from this. When I talk to their customer service, they asked me to send all the details to their email ID "email@example.com", and customer representative was taking this case very lightly as if they know it happens very often. I am not sure it is a FRAUD airlines and I have into an identity theft. Anyway the AVIANCA has not cooperated me about this transaction. I am going to dispute this with my Bank, but it is really a painful process to go with.
