FT. LAUDERDALE, FLORIDA -- Badcock Furniture Store Provides Horrible Customer Service. After paying over 75% of my balance due, I informed Management that I would be making a payment a week late. I was then informed that it was not a problem, but received harassing phone calls several times daily both on my work and cell phone.

After informing the customer service representative to stop calling my job, I was informed (in other words threatened) that they would come pick up my merchandise.

AUGUSTA, GEORGIA -- The furniture is poor in quality and the customer service is worst. First I waited ALL DAY for my furniture to be delivered. And when I say all day, I mean it wasn’t delivered until after the store closed. We were promised a times frame around 12noon, but the delivery men didn’t show up until after business hours (on a Saturday) so that was a waste of a day. The manager showed up at our house to make sure his men showed up and when given the opportunity to apologized to us in our face, he said nothing.
Now here it is, less than a year later and I have a problem with one of my warranted items. It’s been 2 months since my initial complaint and the manager has yet to contact us or show up to follow up on our warranty claim. PLEASE DON’T PURCHASE FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!!!!
LAKE PARK, FLORIDA -- Bought chair/recliner 2/4/11. 11/05/13 asked to have repaired. Stuck in half open state. I kept checking to have repair. NO LUCK. Elvira Gonzalez very helpful.
Nov. 8, 2013: The small man behind the last desk [50 feet from me] "John","Yelled out that they would call me the next day. I brought my wife home from the Hospital. NO ONE CALLED.
I am 79 3/4 years old and NO ONE YELLS LIKE THAT TO ME. Guess what STILL LOCKED IN 1/2 open spot. WHAT NOW DO I DO??? I'm the ONLY ONE THAT USES THE CHAIR. NO body else [but wife] lives here. Still like my chair, but hurts my back getting in and out of MY CHAIR.
I have called "Service Master" twice NO HELP.
