Can't stop billing
Within 1 day after trying a "free" trial of their product I attempted to cancel their program. I could not get them by phone so I used the cancellation form on their website. About 2 weeks later I received a shipment from them. I refused the delivery and was billed $89.99 on my credit card. They are still sending product (that I refuse) and I keep getting new charges of $89.99.
Seems the only thing I can do now is cancel my credit card. Very unhappy with the product and the "customer service"
I have now since had another charge on my credit card for another $89.99. My credit card company has said that since they have my credit card # and my exp. date, they cannot stop the charges. That I need to get a cancellation # from that company, that I cannot get.
