Can't stop billing

Within 1 day after trying a "free" trial of their product I attempted to cancel their program. I could not get them by phone so I used the cancellation form on their website. About 2 weeks later I received a shipment from them. I refused the delivery and was billed $89.99 on my credit card. They are still sending product (that I refuse) and I keep getting new charges of $89.99.

Seems the only thing I can do now is cancel my credit card. Very unhappy with the product and the "customer service"

I have now since had another charge on my credit card for another $89.99. My credit card company has said that since they have my credit card # and my exp. date, they cannot stop the charges. That I need to get a cancellation # from that company, that I cannot get.

Many book clubs are infamous for the same thing. Don't open the packages, write RETURN TO SENDER in black marker and dispute all charges. Continue to cancel, make copies of your cancellation requests and if they don't stop, threaten a harassment suit.

Sarah May has it covered. You can also specify with your CC company not to allow charges from that company; we had to do that with hubby's "magazine subscription deal" :(

My husband has the exact same thing with Bermensen Labs. They keep shipping this stuff and every time he cancels it comes from a different address or is billed under a different name. What farce. they keep billing and shipping no matter how many times he has cancelled.

I've had almost an identical experience. I cancelled the day I received my "free trial". Low and behold, a charge for $99.99 showed up almost 2 weeks later. I called and was told that, although my cancellation was noted, they shipped their crap to me anyway since a cancellation has to be made 7 days before an auto-shippment. When I pointed out that it was 8+ days before, I was put on hold and given an RMA number and told the charge would be reversed. Not only hasn't that happened but they also charged $99.99 again but under the name Barmensen LLC. Soooo... I've cancelled that credit card and filed a dispute with my bank. I've also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau in both Edison, NJ and Denver, Co - which is where I was told they do business. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY AND THEIR SHADY TACTICS!!!
