SHELBY TOWNSHIP, MICHIGAN -- It is my understanding that since Baskins quit making their own ice cream and turned it over to Dean Foods the quality and butterfat content has been greatly reduced. I had wondered why when it used to be a good product and now I know.. Their stores in this area need a great deal of updating as they look tired.
