Unacceptable Delivery Delay
I'm having problem receiving an order from Benefit Cosmetics - and the six emails I've already sent them where no good for solving this matter.
See for yourselves, bellow my complaint, the last answer to my 5th email about the problem with my order.
Really, it is unacceptable that this company have asked me to wait 3 months for the delivery of my order (which is already paid for). It is also unacceptable that Benefit cannot track my order with the postal service they have hired. And to get worse, it is really disappointing that they don't have a direct email for which I can reply to, so that the history of my contacts become stored (I cannot stand receiving the same models of email, as it is always my first contact).
I've made an expensive purchase in their online store and I'm very unhappy with their service. I've always bought stuff in Amazon and other online stores located outside of Brazil and never had a problem like this one before.
I intended to have given this products as a present by Christmas, but their delivery problems made it impossible. This delay really created a bad timing for me at holiday!!!!
Regardind that, I'd like to ask Benfit to refund my order in its entire value and send me the refund confirmation. I'm looking forward for a direct answer that really solves my problem - different from the previous ones I've received.

Unfortunately we are unable to contact the carrier to track your order. You're delivery estimate is Dec. 17th, 2010. In our experience, orders usually arrive within 45 days of the estimated delivery date. For this reason, we kindly ask that you allow the additional days for your shipment to be delivered. If it does not arrive by Jan. 31st, 2011, you can contact us back and we would be happy to issue either a replacement for the lost order, or a refund for the cost of the original order.
