The customer service reps will tell you that there black tie protection plan is the best, just read the reviews and you will see how horrible and deceiving the plan is. It's a joke! In most cases carriers like Sprint, Verizon, and AT&T have local service centers where you can get most problems with phone taken care of within minutes or at least by that same day. Their plan takes 4 weeks to get it back to you, they ship your phone out to who knows where, and then have the nerve to offer you some generic phone with basic text and talk capability only (this after you have been paying $10/month). They don't mention this when purchasing phone. Then trying to track and figure out what is going on with phone is a whole other problem, believe me it is the worst plan and very deceiving. My son has been without his droid phone for 4 weeks now and all we know is that it is being worked on.

Having to wait 4-6 weeks for phone and replacing with lower end generic replacement is a joke! Do not buy! I can't believe Best Buy services such a plan. Very disappointed and will go elsewhere for future electronic purchases.
NEW JERSEY -- Dear Best Buy, I worked for a company named "Just Right Installations" of whom installed kitchen appliances for you in the deleware valley for 3-1/2 yrs. This is the company who took over for a company of which I also worked for.(L&R istallations) I installed appliances for these companies for a total of 9 years, and completed each job as if it was in my own home. About 2 months ago, Just Right instls shut-down because it couldn't afford to run, due to many $500 escellations. As I am told, by my old boss, Optima service solutions(formally A-1 home services) never paid him his last months pay. Now none of his 6 employees can get paid. This pay was supossed to be for 3 weeks,(about $1500 total for me) This is a big problem because I feel that I deserve to get paid. Our work week consisted of anywhere from 45-60 hours per. Thats a lot of hrs. when you times that by 3 weeks, to work for free. Ive called 1-888-Bestbuy, and was referred to Optima, of whom didn't return my phone calls. I find this very frustrating also because, a month before all this, I bought a $960 Asus laptop from the deptford, nj Best Buy. I used to buy things from Best Buy all of the time. FINDLAY, OHIO -- Purchased tablet three weeks ago, used a couple of times. Went away for ten days, tablet stayed home. Returned home last week, tried to read the news on the tablet. Right in the middle of reading a cracked formed on the screen out of the clear blue. The tablet has hardly been used. Never dropped or had any other bad treatment. Even sent a complaint to Samsung about all the poor service. They make you jump through 20 hoops to get a message to them. I've now wasted my whole day without any help!
