Big Fish Games Consumer Reviews

I joined the Big Fish Game club and within about two weeks I purchased three games. The first two games were downloaded correctly however, after numerous request for help and or a credit, after I performed all of the "help" topics I was never able to download my game, 'Nancy Drew's Danger by Design'. I canceled my membership and after several emails I sent them, even asking if they would apply that credit toward a different game - all my emails were ignored.

They claim to be the biggest website for game downloads and my 1 little credit or dissatisfaction doesn't mean nadda!!!! I'm new to this big world of internet and no one from Big Fish Games couldn't care less. But I'm out the money. Now, I purchased another game at full price of $19.99 from alivegames.com and I can't get help with it either. These game sites have given everyone selling something online a bad name and I don't trust any of them.

SEATTLE, WASHINGTON -- Ordered Cradle of Rome. Had it working fine till Lion came for Mac. Program stopped working. Went round and round with Big Fish Games for about OH 1 month. Decided to put it on my PC. Got the game worked for a while, then stopped loading. Emailed Big Fish Games went round and round for about OH 1 month again. They respond with idiot emails with same replies every time. No fix. They can't figure out their own programs. You pay so little for some of these games its not worth the fight. They need to take better care of their customers. Why in hell would I buy another game for any platform from them when it probably won't work?

I just got an e-mail saying that my PayPal account was charged $6.99 for a game, and doesn't say what the name of the game is. I didn't order anything from Big Fish games, as a matter of fact, I returned home at 10:30 PDT on Aug 5th (the date of the transaction) from a concert and the payment was received by PayPal at 21:31 PDT. What do I need to do?
