CANTON, GEORGIA -- Ordered 2 conference rooms full of chairs and furniture along with lobby furniture. Visited with customer service when ordering and asked why the lobby tables (6) were more expensive than I found elsewhere, and was told that it was because they were assembled and the other ones came broke down.
When the tables came, they were boxed, and all but 2 of the tables were damaged. 2 were obvious and sent back with the driver, but when boxes were open to assemble, each one was defective. Both conference tables were badly damaged and 2 of the pedestals to the table were crushed. But, the worse part is what has happened since.
I made a claim and was told someone would contact me in 24-48 hours. 4 days later I called and was told that it could take 1 to 2 weeks, they were doing the best they could! Over a week later I called and was told that there was only 2 girls in that department and they were doing the best they could.
Each person I have talked to has been very condescending. I have explained that we have had an open house scheduled and I need to have a time frame, which they cannot provide to me. Please do not put yourself in a position where you pay many $s for a product and have absolute no customer service provided after the fact!!!
