Bogus Late Fee
PHOENIX, ARIZONA -- To Whom it May Concern,
I received a letter from Blockbuster stating that we have four videos that were returned late.
The videos were rented specifically for the "5-day" rental agreement. I returned the videos prior to noon since that is the cut-off.
I called your store and was told in a rude tone that the fault was mine, and that the charge would not be removed.
Let me ask you, is the late charge fee more important to you than my future business? I certainly hope not.
If you would like to have me continue to rent from Blockbuster, please remove the late charges from my account. Otherwise, I will not rent from you again, and my complaint will be public with no resolution on the Internet indefinitely for everyone to see.
