I have been using Firestone for all of my tire, and service needs since 1996. They have always been exceptional in service and quality of work.
I am writing in reference to service I received at Firestone on 11/13/2005. I went to 5010 Park Avenue Memphis, TN 38117 for car maintenance.
It seems that every time I take one of our cars for an alignment or safety check or something simple or routine, they come up with some scare story about somthing that needs to be fixed or the car will be unsafe to drive.
