CLEVELAND, OHIO -- Their return policy is totally absurd. You cannot even do an even exchange for color or size without a receipt. You are stuck with over priced items that you cannot exchange. Do not shop Brookstone!

FLORIDA -- I received the Brookstone Rainbow Clock as a Christmas gift. It is difficult to read. It is nearly impossible to set. It is so bright that it cannot be used in a bedroom. I cannot return the item as it was a gift. I am advising everyone in my circle not to buy products at this store. I can see from this site I am not the only one who has had problems with this merchandise.

SAN JOSE, CALIFORNIA -- I wish I had read up on the store before I spent $300 this past holiday. I've always told my family I love this store, but that has changed today! I received a neck massager from my nephew this holiday and wanted to get something else. I took the obviously new item into the store to exchange it and I was told NO. No receipt-no exchange. Are you kidding me? I heard the old "I don't make the rules." Well, sorry Brookstone, I'm done shopping at your store. This policy is unacceptable.

SAN DIEGO, CALIFORNIA -- I tried to return a gift within 30 days of purchase with receipt, they refused to refund my money. Instead, they gave me a store gift card. I sent an email, plus a follow-up, to their customer services and never received a response.
I will stay away from these guys. They are expensive, deceptive and poor customer service.
