They advertise "free shipping". It's free when they catch somebody headed your way.

Bottom line this company is a scam. I ordered Frontline plus, I was sent the European version Frontline combo. I was told in a letter that it was the same thing, but it does not work on my cat. When I called to get a refund I was told I would only get a refund on what I had not used and that I had to mail it back to them. They have told me they are sending me postage so I do not have to spend any more money. It took about 2-3 weeks to get my product. My veterinary clinic warned me about ordering Frontline online and now I wished I would have listened to her. ALASKA -- We ordered Frontline Plus for our pet in December. Although it took over 2 months to receive, my biggest issue with the product is that it didn't work !! We never had this problem when purchasing Frontline from our Vet. Our dog suffered a week with fleas and she also had a tick after using this product, at that point, I decided to try another application, which I know you shouldn't do, but she was so restless! Ordered flea treatment for my cats in December, was told it was shipped out on December 29th as of February 6th, I have still not received it. Contacted customer service on the 17th of January and was told there are shipping delays due to the holiday and tightened security in the U.S. Judging from the other reviews I see here, I think that I'm never going to receive my order. The company is located in Canada and the shipment was probably held up due to US Customs and the weather. However, I would have preferred to pay a few more dollars and received my product more timely.
I ordered other products from PetShed.com on the same day as I ordered from Budget Pet Care and received those products within 3 days of the order.
I ordered Frontline Plus from Budget Pet Care for my dog and cats and found that it was not the real stuff. After putting it on my animals for 3 months straight they were eat up with fleas!! They have never had a problem before with the Frontline Plus it always worked very well, so I began to do some research. The packages I received were definitely not the real stuff....they were the FAKE Frontline Plus. I will never buy from them again, they ship over seas according to the postmark on the package. CANADA -- I Googled "Advantage" and came up with a list of companies who claimed they sold at discounted prices. I THOUGHT that BudgetPetCare.com offered the best deal, so, on April 17th I placed an order for a 12 month supply. Here it is, May 11th, and I still have not received my order. I tried to call several times, but no one answered. Then, I came across this site and read the complaints, I called my credit card company immediately.
My credit card company called them on my behalf and managed to get someone on the phone. The representative claimed my order had been sent out on April 19th and he had no idea why I had not received it yet. He said, according to their policy, I had to wait 21 days from the time they claim the order was shipped and if I still had not received my order, they would ship a new, trackable order or issue a refund. Now I have to wait until Monday, May 17th before I can pursue this further.
My advise is that if anyone else has dealings with this company...BEWARE!
If you have the same problem with them, get your credit card company involved immediately.
I will update at a later date to let everyone know how this turns out.

I tried to contact the company, but nobody picks up the phone and the call gets disconnected.
I contacted them via email to ask where they get their meds, to which they just gave me the manufacturers' names, but no further info.
I could not also find any info on the reverse look up of the phone number. Sounds very fishy!!!
On April 3rd I ordered flea treatment for my cat and to date I have yet to receive either the product or my refund. After 4 phonecalls and 4 emails (which I have not gotten a response to) I still have not been able to get a straight answer from anyone I speak to when I call. The line just keeps ringing or goes to a busy signal. I have been told my order has been shipped on two different dates by two different people and that "someone should have called to tell me there was a delay with my order due to insufficient stock and they're sorry". I am tired of waiting for the product so I finally gave up and cancelled the order to be told I would see an immediate refund into my account. While it's day two and still no refund.
