I used to enjoy going into the local Burger King and having a fish sandwich every now and then, they were so good! I went in a few weeks ago and found out you had changed them to the "pressed cardboard type" served by your competition, YUCK !! I know everyone is trying to save money, but I probably won't go in there again. 2 Replies - Latest reply on 04/02/2012Add reply
VANCOUVER, WASHINGTON -- Burger King is not the only one for this complaint, typical of these surveys, and my complaint is; I use the specific email address and get a suggestion sheet filled with pages of other sugestion sites. Trying to figure out which one is the actual site I want is frustrating to point that sometimes I just give up.

Complaint #2 Put the fine print on the receipt, the web site in big letters or posted at the stores. I tend to feel the individual store is just making up rules to deny me. Also the help always seems not to know of the coupon/receipt and mishandle it - embarrasssing, frustrating resulting in not wanting to ever return to those stores; exactly the opposite result of why you offer the coupons in the first place.

I've frequented Burger King in various Cleveland, Ohio locations and specifically as for the 22oz Icee or the $1.00 sale, and NOT the 16oz.
Each time (at least 8 times) the server gives me a 16oz cup, with a flat top (not the dome) and tells me that that is the 22 oz cup. I go home, empty out the icee into my Pyrex 16 oz measuring cup and I consistently get only 16 oz.
I then refill the Burger King's claimed 22 oz with plain water and fill it to the brim. Then I poor it into the Pyrex 16oz measuring cup and get at the most 17 ounces of water. Now where does the 22 ounces come into the Burger King "measuring cup".
So, Burger King must not have a quality control or weights and measure inspector because this is very misleading to the public and the public is NOT getting what they think they are paying for. There is a big difference between 22oz and 16 oz.

ELKHART, INDIANA -- My family and I visited a Burger King in Elkhart, IN on 4/08/03 at lunch time; the temperature was so cold in there that we had to keep our coats on. It was 34 degrees outside. The cold air from the vents cooled our food off. The manager had little concern when I approached her about the problem. Nice customer service! This restraunt is located on Cassopolis street north by the toll road. Competition is to stiff in fast food to allow this to happen to your customers; we should have had our meal refunded; she never even apologized.3 Replies - Latest reply on 03/01/2005Add reply
