MIAMI, FLORIDA -- So I applied for care credit, I was told I would pay my monthly payments including the interest. My balance never goes down, they might waive late fees but not the interest on the late fees. Total hamster wheel customer service, weird accents so you can't understand what they are saying. You'll die of old age before you end up paying this card. The minimum payment will only make you pay more interest on your next bill. Beware of these money sucking vampires. Care credit CEO must not be human at all.

I've never missed a single payment for any of my cards. Out of a sudden, without any change in my financial life and without any previous communication, CareCredit closed my account saying that they see a high risk in my account!
What a wrong way to treat a customer...

NEW MEXICO -- My interest on 2 "purchases" at a dentist office went from $2 per month to $61 per month with the explanation that the one year promotion on the first purchase was over and the 6 month promotion on the second purchase was also over. Well, I will not pay such an outrageous demand and they can take their stupid card and go straight to hell with it! DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT GETTING THIS CARD... IT IS A RIP-OFF SCAM!!!

ORLANDO, OKLAHOMA -- Did use card for vet. But today I paid off total amount on account because they had charged me $117.48 on interest. Called customer service and was told I had not paid off a promotional balance of $119.00. Payment is always early and above the minimum payment, never. Was told to pay this amount of $119.00 to keep from being charged this inflated amount on interest. Will never use this card again.

OREGON -- I notified Care Credit via email a week before my payment was due that I would be a day late. My social security check is deposited the second Wednesday of every month. I received nothing but a run around via email. I made my payment through Care Credit website on the day promised. I did an online chat. The representative refused to remove my late fee of $27 because the same thing happened less than a year ago. This company tries to squeeze every last dime out of senior citizens. Run the other way. Don't use this card.

VESTAL, NEW YORK -- THE WORST. The app sucks, and so does the website, nothing works properly and I ended up over paying my credit balance not once, but twice.

DALLAS, TEXAS -- First off - worst customer service ever. Interest DESTROYS you!! It's a scam. If you take too long to pay it off, they bury you with insane interest fees. One minute you have $350 in available credit. The next you have $50. And you haven't made a purchase since! They won't work with you even if you call and ask... It's either close the account or get **. I would NOT advise anyone to open one of these accounts!! They are outright THIEVES!

ORLANDO, FLORIDA -- Other reviews for this bank have been less than good. However, my wife talked to someone named Tara, and not only was Tara respectful and helpful, she helped my wife get things settled to everyone's satisfaction. I will never deal with them again because in today's market a 27% interest rate should be illegal. It rates right up there with payday loans.

BELLINGHAM, WASHINGTON -- You all really should be called "No Care Credit" since you charge 26.99% finance charge if Poor People cannot make the promotional deadline...........Just Saying. You should all be ashamed. I had to pay off someone's debt to you all because if they did not make the Promotional Deadline you wonderful people were going to charge and extra $700.00 plus finance charge. Something to be proud of.......yeah.

OHIO -- Care Credit is the worst credit card to have. Their customer service is horrible. The management was rude. When I ask a question they refuse to answer it and they kept repeating their self and when I ask to talk to a manager the manager wanted to know why I wanted to talk to management. And I told them why and they said the customer care person answering the phone already answered my question which state did not. Care Credit is the worst credit card to have.
