CASSELBURY, FLORIDA -- Ordered cases from them on two occasions. Both times they took my money and never mailed out a case. They then claimed it was lost in the mail despite tracking information showing the product was never shipped. They offered to send a new case and again failed to send the case and at that point stopped responding to emails.
CASSELBURY, FLORIDA -- On January 2, 2014 I ordered a cell phone case and later that day, they said it was shipped out with a delivery date of January 6th. 8 days later I emailed them, asking where my case was. They responded saying that the post office probably lost it. After their response, on January 11, I tracked it with the USPS and the item was accepted on January 11 into the USPS system. As of January 18, still no case. Ironically I ordered a case for my wife's phone on January 2, received it January 18 and it came from CHINA!!!
CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA -- Cell Phone Trek is totally a bogus company. I doubt if it even really exists. I ordered a cell phone case as a Christmas gift on 12/9/2013. Still haven't received it the week of Christmas, so I called on 12/23/13 only to be reassured that the arrival date in their computer actually was for THAT DAY, 12/23/13. Still, nothing.
Today is 12/27/13 and still haven't received anything so I called the company again this morning only to be placed on hold for about 15 minutes and eventually it sounded like the line was picked up and I was hung up on! Not once, not twice, but 3 times!! I truly cannot believe their appalling level of customer service. I cancelled the transaction through my bank so I will not be charged. I greatly advise anyone considering ordering from Cell Phone Trek.com to not do so, as it will result in a lot of frustration and a severe let-down.
The item that I ordered from Cell Phone Trek's website was captioned "in stock" at the time of my order, which was not true. After six weeks, they still don't have the item in stock, and don't know when it will be in stock. Customer Service doesn't respond to emails AT ALL, so forget trying to email them. They get defensive on the phone when you try to pin them down to any specifics. They debited my bank account the day after I emailed them asking them to cancel my order, and knowing that they didn't have the item in stock. (That was the last email I sent - so it's obvious they read the emails. They just don't respond to them.)
