I ordered a case from this company in August. They billed in full in September and then shipped 4 of the 12 bottles in October. I have made numerous calls to try to either get a refund or the balance of the shipment.
They do not return calls and you cannot talk to a person, just an automatic answering machine. Do not purchase from this company!

Be aware! made a purchase in October - wine never delivered, my CC wasn't charged then until a week ago charged showed up on my CC bill. they are a scam, talked to my CC company about charge dispute.

the problem is they may keep on charging CC, seems like next step after reversing the charge would be to cancel CC.

Cellar Brokers is an absolute scam ! They have poor customer service, well non existent.

I called the 1-800 number for customer service 15 times or so and always got a voice mail thing answering. Left multiple messages with my contact info upon request and never heard back from them. I ordered 12 bottles and was charged right away (the day after submitting my order). 4 weeks later I am still waiting for the wine.
No feedback at all from them and on my account page there are no updates about the order. Don't buy from them, don't buy from them ! They don't deserve to be in the business.
