CHICAGO, ILLINOIS -- The person in charge at the Ceragem in Arlington Heights Illinois is very racist. Just the other day there was a little latin girl next to me and a 40 something year old man on my other side. The man was Russian, just like the man in charge. The little girl almost dropped a projector and the man in charge went and gave her a minute speech on why it was important not to drop the projector. She was about 12 and didn't know better.
On the other hand the Russian man dropped his projector as he was turning and since he was Russian like the man in charge he didn't get the minute speech, in fact the man in charge didn't even tell him to pick up the projector. Why should all the latins have to follow all the rules precisely to the word when the Russians can talk and do whatever just because they're the same race as the man in charge? That is discrimination and racism and it shouldn't be allowed anywhere not just at Ceragem.
