Charter cable customer service is absolutely terrible. Over the last 4-5 years that we have had Charter we have experienced several nightmares.
Let me start by saying that I hate Charter! I haven't had their service in 2 years.
One month ago I received a call on my cell phone stating the she(charter) could save me $40 dollors a month by adding a phone to my internet and cable service, sounded good at the time!
