The worst management for an apartment complex ever!
Posted by on
SHERMAN OAKS, CALIFORNIA -- This is the worst place to live that I know of. If you rent do not rent at Chase Knolls Apartments. The management team couldn't care less about their tenants. All they care about is the rent & utility check from you. If you do something wrong they automatically send you a 3 day notice for anything at all & try to say it is on your lease. That is the way they handle everything (3 day notice). They have no customer service skills at all. The tenants safety & welfare are of no concern to them. They lie & cheat the tenants out of money. This place is not a good place to rent. If you live there you might want to GET OUT WHILE YOU CAN!!

What kind of things get you a 3 day notice?

I think it's a 3 day notice to cure a breach of contract.

You made a lot of damaging allegations but did not provide any supporting evidence to validate your claims.
Also, keep in mind that property management companies are businesses and like any other business, they are most definitely concerned with making money. They have to be, in order to stay afloat.

This review could actually make me want to live there. You didn't say what you did wrong but if it affects the other tenants it's nice to know management is on top of it.

It would be nice to have more details since there are a lot of residents at Chase Knolls that are unhappy with the way that the management goes about things. Some of the complaints that I have heard from friends there are problems with the pluming, over charging for water usage (there is no metered water so even if you go on vacation you have a water bill). If you google you may be able to find the actions that the city/mayor have taken to have the complex clean up their act. I read 2-3 articles on the Chase Knolls apartments
