Taste of product
Since you switched to baked I no longer eat Cheez-it, they have no taste, go back to the original recipe, we eat snacks for taste NOT political correct healthy!!

I love Cheez-it haven't tried the new ones. I hate when companies change the original recipe off a classic product hands off my fave food.

I just wanted to let everyone know that we haven't made any changes to the manufacturing process (we have always baked our real cheese crackers!), nor any changes to the original recipe. As you all can imagine, there may be variations in our manufacturing process that can cause slight differences, but we try our best to produce high quality consistent crackers. Thanks to all of you!

I disagree I remember eating chees-its as a kid (63-72sh) and they had a mush better taste. I still eat them, but don't enjoy them near as much.

The new Cheezits are starchy as they melt on your tongue, not creamy, and you don't get that sharp and powerful cheese taste that you used to get. I used to eat a cheese cracker when I ate a Cheezit, but now I am eating a cheese flavored cracker. Not the same at all.

I agree - a different taste and they have a lot less salt then before - and I'm talking about the regular, traditional Cheez-it. I know I should be watching my salt intake but that's my choice not theirs! They mess with a winner and now the box sits on the shelf and goes stale. No more..

I thought it was just me. I used to love cheez it and had a craving for some since I hadn't had them in long time. They do taste different so I googled to see if they have changed the recipe and stumbled upon this post!

I've noticed a reduction in flavor, texture, and a "staleness" to the standard Cheez Its, over the past few years. Googled it and found that I am not alone. This product is NOT the same Cheez It that we grew up with. Its pretty awful now actually.

now that you have backed off on your commercials for the right cheese. apparently you also backed off on the cheese content. you had cheezits right like the old days for a while, now you have lapsed back into a blah cracker. let me know if you change back and I will purchase them. asta lavista baby.

I noticed the Cheez-it with monsters university on the box has 180mg of sodium and the family size Cheez-it family size no monsters university on the box has 230mg of sodium, this one I have difficulty eating, too salty, and, if I had noticed before opening the box I would have returned it to the store. I plan to call the phone number for questions/comments tomorrow a.m.

I just bought my 3rd. box of Cheez-It grooves white cheddar. I love something crunchy while watching TV before bed. This box is lacking that great cheesy taste and is very flat tasting. Is there something different with them now?
