WEST LEBANON, NEW HAMPSHIRE -- I don't understand how a restaurant could allow employees to have there child there while they work. I believe as a customer it takes up a table and also it is neglect full of the restaurant and parent for the child safety. It's been bothering me for weeks now and still wondering if child service should be called. The food was slow to come out and half of it was cold. The waiter were more distracted from having the 4 to 6 year old boy brown hair blue eyes there and was taking orders and letting him practice, than waiting on customers.Add reply
Waitress delivered the food and left. Did not offer to refill tea glasses or water. Finally had to ask the hostess for my bill. The Chicken fajitas did not taste good. Will not go back. Add reply

PLANTATION, FLORIDA -- Ppl off duty in the kitchen.... in the dinning area playing around while customers are eating... manager had no control of staff. Had to tell the waitress to tell cook how to cook flour tortillas, they came out great then... but drunk kid was all over the store and no manager to be found... then two quests walk in and a guy that is in uniform tells them some one will be there instead of helping them... I'll never come here againAdd reply
Horrible wait staff
ALBUQUERQUE, NEW MEXICO -- One of the reasons people do not tip is because of the tipping game. Waiters and waitresses don’t give a crap about the customers. It’s all about kissing as much ass as possible in order to get the ... read full review2 Replies - Latest reply on 06/21/2013
Every time my family and I go to Chilis in Algonquin, il the service is terrible. You have to wait for refills, wait for your bill. We ended up paying on the kiosk but had a question never saw our server. It's very frustrating we like the food but the service is continually bad. 3 Replies - Latest reply on 05/12/2013Add reply
MARIETTA, GEORGIA -- This Chili's on Upper Roswell Road used to be the best run restaurant that my family and I ate at several years ago when it had an African-American manager (I am not African-American)who did a fantastic job running the restaurant. Since he left this franchise location (probably a couple of years ago), it has slowly been going downhill in relation to getting orders right and service. Today, 10/7/2012 I ordered a Big Burger Bites to go with nothing on it but bread, well done meat, Applewood bacon and unseasoned fries. When I got home, my wife opened it and saw that it had crispy onions on each burger, and to my surprise, even though she is sick, she called the restaurant and told them that she was bringing the order back and told them exactly what was wrong and what she wanted (I listened carefully to what she asked for). When she got there, she had to wait a while to get the corrected order and left the original order and receipt there. On the way home she decided to stop and check the new order and found that it was covered with melted cheese (which she is allergic to). This time she drove back to the restaurant and just asked for her money back, which they did give her. This episode just sort of capped off several previous visits to this location where orders were wrong (which they took back and corrected), glasses don't get refilled (my number 1 sore spot with service) and once where we waited approximately 20 minutes before the first server came back to take our order. Their tag team approach (two servers for each table) seems to be where some mix-ups happen because the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. I like Chili's and wish these problems could get better. We really don't want to quit going there.1 Replies - Latest reply on 10/08/2012Add reply
SEGUIN, TEXAS -- My husband and I went to the Chilis in Seguin Texas tonight, Wednesday September 26, 2012. The service was lacking and we waited almost an hour and a half for our food. When our food finally made it out it was cold, greasy and disgusting. When we brought it to the manager's attention, he was like, sorry but we are short handed. I wanted to say really then get your butt back there and help. Or maybe make some phone calls to get some help in here.Add reply
COLUMBUS, GEORGIA -- Went into Chili's tonight at 6:30 Sunday evening sat in bar area. Sat there for 15 minutes while 4 different servers walked past and didn't even acknowledge we were sitting there. The manager even made eye contact with me at least 4 times while she made a drink. They were not even busy! Finally we got up and left while waiters and waitresses just stood around chit chatting. So bad on so many levels. One guy even had to approach his waiter for his ticket. Worst customer service EVER!2 Replies - Latest reply on 09/17/2012Add reply
8/26/12 The visit began with a dirty booth being provided to us. The waitress in our section was hurried and inattentive. Since I have to take a medication with water, I ended up asking the bartender since she practically disappeared until the meal was completed.

Bottom line: poor service, trite menu, tired decor, and inattentive staff. Stick to Red Robin, Houliahn's, or Buffalo Wild Wings.
Server, Ben, was bad. Didn't care. The Margaritas here are different than all the other Chili's. They all seem aloof. All other Chili's in central Il. are good. Add reply

AIKEN, SOUTH CAROLINA -- I live about 20 minutes from Chili's however my husband and I were on that side of town and ordered a to go order via the online ordering system I ordered a soup and salad combo with a side of avocado with chips and salsa and a rib dinner. So we get home no soup and no salsa and no avocado slices!! Are you kidding me? I looked in the bag and say 2 styrofoam containers just assuming they had correctly done their job and get home and the containers contain croutons and the other salad dressings! I had to drive back 20 minutes as hubby's food got cold and get it!! No apology! Very bad experience have to drive back and forth to get my order done right! 1 Replies - Latest reply on 05/03/2012Add reply
MARIETTA, GEORGIA -- I went to Chili's on Roswell Rd. on 1/15, and ordered the 2 for $20, which is definitely a great deal. Other than finding a hair embedded in the cheese on my Texas cheese fries, the food was pretty good. However, I left almost half my meal in a to-go box and when I returned less than 2 minutes later to retrieve it, they had thrown it away and didn't offer to reimburse me, and really didn't seem apologetic at all. I like Chili's in general; however, this experience was less than desirable. 1 Replies - Latest reply on 01/17/2012Add reply
YUKON, OKLAHOMA -- I was visiting from Texas and driving from Oklahoma City to Elk City. We stopped at Yukon. We decided to eat at Chili's for a nice meal. But when we got seated and gave our choices for the meal. A waiter dropped some plates and the food splattered on to my relative. She was wearing a new white shirt (mommy to be) purchased from a craft show, the food stained her shirt. We asked to speak to the manager, he made it clear he did not care about the customer.

Now my relative isn't able to wear the shirt again!! We plan to never stop and eat at this Chili's again. Maybe if someone from Chili's should make this up to my relative one day.
ROCKY MOUNT, NORTH CAROLINA -- When we got to there it took our waitress 10 minutes to even take our drink orders. We realized that they were busy so we went ahead and gave her our food order. We kind of just sat there watching her run back and forth to tables around us not bothering to ask if we needed anything. Our waitress didn't even bring us our food, the chef did. The order was wrong and we had to wait 15 minutes to get the correct order and by that time we didn't even want it. So we asked to speak with the manager who obviously didn't care about poor service. He didn't apologize or anything he just said I'll cut your bill in half. I explained to him that I had money to pay for the food, and I was not just trying to get a discount. He just handed our new checks with no apology or anything. Then when the waitress came to take our money she wanted to have an attitude and complain that she had no help even though she definitely had time to care about the family beside our table. Just because we look like younger people does not mean we don't have money, and it aggravates me that I am not taken seriously especially in a situation where I am having to pay for something. Every experience I've had at Chilis in Rocky Mount the customer service has been quite horrible and, they definitely need to considering hiring a new manager7 Replies - Latest reply on 11/23/2011Add reply
Normally I like Chilis food besides the fact that it is way too salty. I also found a hair in my to go box.. I'm truly disgusted. I don't even want to eat my food now.. What a waste. 1 Replies - Latest reply on 10/02/2011Add reply
Chili's, Harden Blvd (Cobb) Lakeland, FL. My sister who has cancer, my cousin and I went out for a rare evening of enjoyment. I ordered the original nachos but forgot ( which is normal because of the worries I have with my sister), I asked if I could get some avocado he said no problem and did not bring it. He came back at this time I had 2 left and my sister mentioned it he said since I did not order it at the start it was difficult and required extra time to put it on my ticket and get it! I stated that did not make sense, he gave me an aggravated look turned and walked away! It got worse from there I went to have a cigarette and he was talking about me to a waits nodding his head toward me and then I received the look again. This look continued even as I complained to the manager when I left about his attitude. Needless to say our rare evening out and probably one of my last few with my sister was ruined. All I said was it did not make since, I would have finished with if this were the case desert, after dinner coffee or drinks could not be ordered- but with him walking away that was nit said. This dinner was in 9/24/11. My sister was also shocked.
