MOULTRIE, GEORGIA -- First, let me say I prefer Churches Chicken even though we have other chicken businesses to choose from. This morning I waited until 10:06 to go through the drive-in. As I was sitting waiting on someone to take my order, an employee got out of her car and walked in front of my car giving me a not so welcoming look.

She went in the front door and got on the microphone telling me it would be another 10 minutes before they would open. I said I thought they opened at 10 and she said they did but they had to wait for things to "warm up" whatever that means. This is the second time they were late opening. I think someone needs to check into this before more customers decide to use another chicken business.

Unhappy Customer Where is good customer service

INDIANAPOLIS, INDIANA -- On December 26, 2010 I went to location in Indianapolis Lafayette Rd. I went through the Drive Thru. I placed my order a 2 PC white all breast meal with mashed potatoes and gravy and coleslaw. When I got to the window something told me to check your order so I did. My coleslaw wasn't there. The gentle man told me that the 2PC meal doesn't come with 2 side orders. Which I already knew it only came with 1 side order. But I stated I wanted coleslaw as well.

Instead of listening to your customer don't assume I wouldn't pay for an additional side order. I just requested my money back because I really wasn't feeling like that. Good customer service is so hard to find at this location. I would never go to this location again. The manager on duty never asked what was wrong. No nothing. So now I'm going to call this location manager to see what resolution they will give me.

DENVER, CO, COLORADO -- I dined in restaurant # 7082 5/7/10 at 13:23. I ordered 2 wings, okra a biscuit and water. I ate my first wing, even though I did not finish it. I then ate my second wing which was not cooked all the way. It was red and not done. I then proceeded to the front counter to tell the guy who took my order that it was not done and requested a chicken leg. The lady (manager Gabriela) asked in Spanish "por que", and my order taker responded in Spanish to her.

She then rolled her eyes and gave me a dirty look and mumbled under her breath, went to the fry area and told the fry person, in Spanish that I complained, all the while eating. I normally do not dine in but I will not be going back to this location as I do not live or work in the area. I was there doing work for school. Your workers need to be aware that others races may know the language, as I do because I work in a restaurant myself and have acquired some languages outside of my own. Plus I could have been your secret shop. Thank you. Sincerely.

AKRON, OHIO -- My son and I went to Church's Chicken, 1211 S. Main Street, in Akron, Ohio, 4/25/08 around 9:00 p.m. There were 4 cars ahead of me when we pulled up to the drive thru. When we finally got to order our food, I was asked to wait a minute. That minute turned into twenty minutes. After ordering, I pulled up to the window and had to wait thirty-five more minutes before I received my order. Which was a hour later. Not to mention any names, but the overseer on the job was very rude, nasty, loud speaking to customers and was frowning when she took another order.

How can these people be reprimanded if you can not mention any names? I would go to Church's often because I do like their chicken, but if they keep people like that to be over their establishments their reviews isn't going to get any better and for sure, it will hurt the business! Thanking you in advance for your time and hope that you will take this complaint under consideration.

Church's Sliding?
By -

CASA GRANDE, ARIZONA -- We ate at the Church's Chicken in Casa Grande, AZ while our car was being worked on yesterday, and I feel that Church's has slid quite a way from what it once was, at least at this store. I had the butterfly shrimp basket, and my wife had the fish basket. The quality of the fish and shrimp were fantastic, Crystal stating the fish was better than LJS, our usual fish place. However, the store had a weary, rundown look to it. There used to be two registers at the counter, and one has been removed. Add to that the poorly designed floor plan, and you have chaos.

The drink fountain, condiments and straws, etc is in a poor place, and it gets to be a bind, with people getting their food, then having to go back and forth through the line of people waiting to be served. The food is very good, not changed much since my first taste of Church's many years ago. However, they need an efficiency expert to redo the floor plan of this store to eliminate the confusion and disorder. They could move a lot more customers than they do now.

MARLIN, TEXAS -- 7/8/07 Marlin, Texas. Person taking order was very rude, seemed to be mad that we were there, after we ordered, about $30.00 total. I was asked to pull away from window. I asked why, as there were not any cars behind me, she rudely stated they were on a timer and slammed the window closed. I did pull around to the side, and after 20 min. pulled back to window, they looked over but for about 5 min. No one came to the window, when they did they stuck a bag out and closed the window. Got home, guess what? Did not get some items ordered others were wrong as well.

Bad Cluckin' Service

ST. LOUIS, MISSOURI -- Yesterday, my sister and I decided on chicken for dinner so we ventured to the Church's Chicken on North Grand and Natural Bridge. We saw that they were crowded so we knew that there would be a small wait. We ordered 10 pieces of chicken, and 4 biscuits, and two fries. There were at least 8 people who ordered after us and received their food before us. By the time we received our food, there were at least 3 people who had come back in the store with wrong orders, unsatisfactory product, or cold food. That made the people who were waiting become impatient, and loud.

The people who were working in the store were not very pleasant, and they did not seem to have a sense of urgency about their job. So after 30 minutes or so, our order was ready. We drove about a mile away, (because we live farther out) and we realized that they forgot our biscuits. We went back and they quickly made our fries over, and gave us our biscuits in a plastic bag. I did not appreciate them throwing our food in a plastic bag instead of a box. Do they eat out of plastic bags? How did they know that the bread was no for one person? All together they were very unprofessional and I will tell everyone I know to stay away from there, and I for sure will not return.

FARMINGTON, NEW MEXICO -- On Jan 24, 2014 around 15:37 I drove 80 miles to Farmington, N.M. and decided to eat at many choices, but I choose Church's Chicken, but the meal was not appealing. The chicken was not fresh, FF was COLD and Jalapeno was soggy. My order # is **. I immediately asked the cashier (**) and she indicated "Sorry - that what we have" and closed the window. I was not satisfied with customer services and the meal.

TELEPHONE AND BELLFORT, TEXAS -- I was told there was a 15 minute wait on chicken. After 25 minutes I was still waiting on my order. After pointing out this fact to the employees they got an attitude like so what. The female manager showed no concern about I was saying, but as I was leaving I seen that same manager taking two boxes of chicken out to her families car.

KIRBY, TEXAS -- We went to get chicken for dinner and they had no chicken ready, they were out of chicken. The girl said they had to do the drive through first and my wait was 30 minutes. We went to another one on Rittiman Road in San Antonio, TX. The same thing happened - they were out of CHICKEN, we had to wait 15 minutes. I was very disappointed with Church's. That will be the last time will go there. Also they were out of sodas. Can you imagine that.
