HEMPSTEAD, NEW YORK -- I ordered a couple of items from this company in Feb. 2004. In June and August of 2008, I received three charges. Unfortunately I can't get them reversed because I didn't catch them in time. I have called, emailed and called again to the company and never get responses. The BBB shows how bad this company is and there are many websites. People, the card services and the companies that sell products to them need to know how bad this company is and stop supplying them.

I see all of the reviews on this company and have recently tried to call any number I can find linked to this company; all of which have been disconnected. They, of course, charged my credit card but have not sent my order. How are they able to get away with this? I even called my bank to reverse the charges and they cannot. Is there no one that can do anything about this? I have tried to contact someone through their "customer care center" via email, but there again, no reply.

HEMPSTEAD, NEW YORK -- I ordered from this company once in 2005 and my credit card has been charged twice - once in June 08 for 59.99 and once in July 08 for 79.99. No one returns calls or emails and the "operator" who was not at all concerned about my situation said that all he could do was take the info, and they would investigate and "someone" would get back to me. Still waiting...

Like countless others, I have discovered a $69.99 charge on my credit card statement for a purchase that I did not make.

The seller does not reply to online messages via their site nor calls to their customer service
I have reported this to various agencies at the state and federal level.
There are similar complaints about this company posted across the Internet.
Beware of websites that do not customer service phone numbers. I went back and forward by email for weeks without my complaint ever being addressed. I will not order from Classic Closeouts again due to their seemingly non-existent customer service.
Very frustrating experience.
I also have tried to recieve a refund from this company since July for $45.00 same old excuses.
Best be stay away from this company .
I have been trying to obtain a refund on a $50 purchase I returned over three months ago. As required, I obtained an RMA and followed the instructions for return.
