I ordered two "murano" beads from this awful seller- they looked NOTHING like the pictures, obviously were very cheap and not italian murano. I naively assumed that I was allowed to post honest, non-offensive feedback. I stated the beads were of poor quality and no refunds were allowed- only exchanges for another poor quality bead. This is when my nightmare with this disreputable individual began. I received a threatening e-mail calling me an idiot and a moron and asked if I could read (his e-mail rife with grammatical errors).
Great customer service! I contacted eBay regarding this and they stated since the mail was sent by him personally and not forwarded by eBay there is nothing that can be done. Within minutes my negative feedback was covered up with what I am sure are fraudulent positive reviews as several appeared within minutes of both of my negative feedback. I then received another e-mail in which he states he is reporting me to the authorities (laughable) and eBay (also absurd as I have contacted eBay).
90 negative feedbacks in 12 months but this buyer most likely has several accounts to "purchase" and post fraudulent positive feedback that the percentage remains high. I encourage you never to interact with this horrible company selling poor quality fake "murano" beads.
