They promised it would be great. So we started our business trusting them. As we went on, the phones wouldn't work, we had interruptions and slow downs. When due to a change in credit card information the bill was late we had to fight to get back on the internet. All they had to say was "Too bad." Try to find an alternative. At this point dial-up would be a better choice.
This was the worst service I ever had. I lost my phone connections multiple times mid conversation. The internet service went out all the time. I also could not use my phone and wireless at the same time. The phone caused my internet service to stop. When I cancelled and request a refund for the service since it was not reliable, they informed me that they do not provide refunds. I would recommend everyone stay away from this unreliable company.
