I purchased a Vizio television 104 days ago, so my 90 day return option is not available. I had a good feeling because I still had the concierge service to help me. I was wrong! I spent an hour getting transferred around and finally got a pleasant guy who spoke a barely passable English (required a lot of repetition). They are part of Costco but have no information so you have to give them name, address, etc, etc because they can not access the data. I spent the better part of an hour doing troubleshooting and being put on hold 6 times so he could check with people. Finally he connected me with Vizio, who scheduled the service call for a week later. I now have a 55" paperweight for the next week and they might have the parts to fix it in from the west coast. ONLINE WWW.COSTCO.COM, CONNECTICUT -- I ordered bulk flowers for the center pieces. They arrived two days before the wedding with instructions. We followed the instructions and placed them (after we trimmed off the stems) in buckets of water with the packets they sent. The next night we went to the rehearsal and put together the center pieces and left them overnight for the next day which was the wedding. They opened beautifully and were gorgeous. We received so many compliments about how gorgeous they were.
The yellow roses were long stem so we had enough to place in long clear vases in the bathrooms. The roses lasted for a week after the wedding. They became more beautiful as they opened each day. We were very satisfied with the price and quality. I don't think we could have gotten anything more beautiful anywhere. I would highly recommend this service by Costco for anyone trying to stay to a budget for a wedding!!!!!

The clerk who handled this was very polite and thorough in placing the info in her computer set up. She even asked another employee to go over the info with her, with the same result.
We would like to discuss this situation with a person in corporate headquarters.
An H-P computer which I had purchased for my daughter almost two years ago, developed a bad electrical cord. I called the Concierge Service at Costco and gave them the information, seriel number, model and etc. They got all the information and while I was still on the line, they contacted H-P and explained the problem to the H-P representative, who told me they would send me out a new electrical cord with the proper electrical adapter. The Costco person asked them when I could expect the part and they said within five days, so the Costco Concierge person told them all right I will call and check that the proper part was delivered by the date stated. I received the part in three days, and as stated, Costco contacted me to make sure that all was taken care of and that I was satisfied.
That is great customer service, which one can hardly find these days. That is why I buy all my big ticket items from Costco.
