Horrible Customer Service

GREENWICH, CONNECTICUT -- I ordered a 5 pc completer set for my daughter-in-law for Christmas and paid extra for 2 day air to be sure it arrived on time. It NEVER arrived. I sent an email to customer service and they said they would check on it. After 3 weeks I tried to call and got an answering machine so I emailed again and told them I was very unhappy - no response. I had to cancel my order and find another source. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

Billed for Merchandise Never Received

GREENWICH,, CONNECTICUT -- I ordered from the Cozy Pineapple thinking they were a reputable company. I was wrong. Today I found the website about all of the reviews concerning this company. This is my first encounter with fraud on the internet. I ordered two sixteen piece sets of Butterfly Menagerie China from this company a month ago and this has never been received. I was told that they would not charge my credit card until the order was shipped. When I got a copy of my order there was no tracking number. This should have given me a clue that something was not right. But I trust people. I waited and waited but nothing came. Called and like everyone else got the message "the mailbox is full..". Sent numerous emails and finally got one answer asking what was my order number which I immediately sent them. Called and emailed again and still have heard nothing or received anything. My last email was to credit my account with the amount of the order. Have not heard anything. Even called the Greenwich, CT Chamber of Commerce but got no answer from them. This company is a scam and something should be done about them.

This Website Should Be Shut Down

This site advertised silk trees and flowers at one price, I ordered them only to find that the prices were changed the next day and I've never received my order. The toll free number is not in service and no one responds to email, there is no means communication possible.

Why the FTC allows this site to operate is beyond me. THIS SITE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!!!!

The Cozy Pineapple Is A Scam! Beware!

I ordered something from the Cozy Pineapple over three weeks ago and the item never came. I, like others on this review panel, repeatedly checked the order status. I called their customer service and I also got the message that the mailbox was full, try later. I reviewed the comments about this company and realize that I, too, have become another victim of this website!

This is a Total Scam and banks cannot trace anything back to the website! BEWARE!!!!!

Do Not Order Anything From The Cozy Pineapple

PALM BAY, FLORIDA -- I received my order from this company but not for Christmas, which I stated I needed it for when I ordered. I sent 4 emails with not responses back. Have tried calling dozens of times & voicemail is ALWAYS FULL no matter what time of day or week I call. Had to send back 1 plate that was chipped & all 4 accent plates (Mom already had 8). As of today, I have not received a credit to my credit card!! From the other review about this company, I guess I should count myself lucky I even received the product at all.

But now what do I do. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!!

SAN JOSE, CALIFORNIA -- Non existent customer support. When you call the 1-800 number, you get a voice message stating that there is no room on their voice message machine. I have emailed them repeatedly for my order status update with no response.

Do not do business with them please.

Cozy Pineapple is a reseller of Lenox, Waterford and other high priced items. Their track record is horrid. Usually the merchandise is never sent and refunds are impossible to get.

MLHOM, that was the only number they seem to have listed. These people are currently under investigation by the Better Business Bureau. A quick Google search will reveal that they are actively engaging in activities bordering on fraud and deception. If you make a purchase from them, they will immediately access your credit card (instead of waiting for items to ship). In many cases, merchandise is not received and customers have had to call their credit card company to cancel payment.

My experience is like most of the other reviews. Never got product and they will not respond to phone messages or emails. Horrible company.

Non-existent customer service, ordered item did not arrive

GREENWICH, CONNECTICUT -- The item did not arrive and neither email nor phone voice message were returned.
Customer service was non-existent except for one automated email confirming that the order was placed.
Would not deal with this company/web site again and cannot recommend to anyone.

Contact the Connecticut Department of Consumer Protection, ct.gov/dcp/site/default.asp or 860-713-6050/713-6100 and report relate your experience/file a complaint about this company.

The Cozy Pineapple Rip Off

I have been trying to get ahold of these people for weeks! Good prices but they just don't want to pay anybody to answer the phone! Recording,,recording recording. Sick of it! I`M going somewhere else. Charging shipping anyway, I can get this item to ship free somewhere else!! Don't shop here,... you are right! Sucks BIG TIME! POOR SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Espresso Machine & Frothing Pitcher

My husband & I ordered an espresso machine which arrived within a week. The frothing pitcher was on back order (from the company....not The Cozy Pineapple) & we canceled that order after several months. We found the customer service to be excellent, e-mails were answered within a day & the staff was courteous.

We have no complaints about this company!

With all the complaints, its nice to see at least one satisfied customer. Maybe the Cozy Pineapple is getting back on track.

They are most definitely NOT "getting back on track." Read other websites...they are a fraud and have just earned an F rating from the BBB. BEWARE!
