GREENWICH,, CONNECTICUT -- I ordered from the Cozy Pineapple thinking they were a reputable company. I was wrong. Today I found the website about all of the reviews concerning this company. This is my first encounter with fraud on the internet. I ordered two sixteen piece sets of Butterfly Menagerie China from this company a month ago and this has never been received. I was told that they would not charge my credit card until the order was shipped. When I got a copy of my order there was no tracking number. This should have given me a clue that something was not right. But I trust people. I waited and waited but nothing came. Called and like everyone else got the message "the mailbox is full..". Sent numerous emails and finally got one answer asking what was my order number which I immediately sent them. Called and emailed again and still have heard nothing or received anything. My last email was to credit my account with the amount of the order. Have not heard anything. Even called the Greenwich, CT Chamber of Commerce but got no answer from them. This company is a scam and something should be done about them.
This site advertised silk trees and flowers at one price, I ordered them only to find that the prices were changed the next day and I've never received my order. The toll free number is not in service and no one responds to email, there is no means communication possible.
Why the FTC allows this site to operate is beyond me. THIS SITE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!!!!
I ordered something from the Cozy Pineapple over three weeks ago and the item never came. I, like others on this review panel, repeatedly checked the order status. I called their customer service and I also got the message that the mailbox was full, try later. I reviewed the comments about this company and realize that I, too, have become another victim of this website!
This is a Total Scam and banks cannot trace anything back to the website! BEWARE!!!!!
I ordered from this company over two years ago and had no problems. I received the product and payment was cleared in my bank. Now two years later, they are making charges to my bank account. I have not visited this website since I ordered two years ago from them. Apparently they keep your bank card info on file. Thankfully my bank will investigate and hopefully this company will be prosecuted. They will not answer the phone, just get a recording that they are busy with other customers.

Customer service was non-existent except for one automated email confirming that the order was placed.
Would not deal with this company/web site again and cannot recommend to anyone.
I have been trying to get ahold of these people for weeks! Good prices but they just don't want to pay anybody to answer the phone! Recording,,recording recording. Sick of it! I`M going somewhere else. Charging shipping anyway, I can get this item to ship free somewhere else!! Don't shop here,... you are right! Sucks BIG TIME! POOR SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
My husband & I ordered an espresso machine which arrived within a week. The frothing pitcher was on back order (from the company....not The Cozy Pineapple) & we canceled that order after several months. We found the customer service to be excellent, e-mails were answered within a day & the staff was courteous.
We have no complaints about this company!
I ordered wine glasses from this company and was told they would arrive in 8-10 days. They never arrived and no one in customer service ever responded to my repeated emails or telephone calls. I would not recommend buying from The Cozy Pineapple.
GREENWICH, CONNECTICUT -- I ordered three items on December 14th and paid an outrageous $45 for second day air shipping. I have yet to see my items. Their phone number is always answered by a machine. Repeated and emails have gone unanswered. Customer service is non-existent. Not only can I no longer get the limited edition item I wanted, but this unresponsive company has my credit card number.
