GREENWICH, CONNECTICUT -- I ordered three items on December 14th and paid an outrageous $45 for second day air shipping. I have yet to see my items. Their phone number is always answered by a machine. Repeated and emails have gone unanswered. Customer service is non-existent. Not only can I no longer get the limited edition item I wanted, but this unresponsive company has my credit card number.
GREENWICH, CONNECTICUT -- Ordered dinnerware on 10/28/09. Partial payment processed on my debit card 11/2/09. Product not received, no update on shipping status or tracking, no response to emails, and phone just states that mailbox is full. Horrible experience. Under no circumstance should anyone order from this company!
Ordered product 1st week of September -- charged but never received over $250 worth. Their phone instantly goes to an electronic message that says "full"; we have tried calling over 15 times and various times, on various days. I've sent approximately 10 emails and they have not replied. AFTER I purchased and did not receive product, but was charge -- I looked up other reviews and there are many saying this happened to them. I wanted to add mine so it might help someone else avoid losing money to them.
GREENWICH, CONNECTICUT -- I ordered Royal Doulton China from this seemingly very high end online store. I noticed my debit card had been charged. Received a response from the company saying my order was cancelled. The phone number given on the site is inoperable. Never spoke with a person. No response to my emails. My money was stolen that easily. I found out this company has stolen from countless others also. Why is the site still on the internet? I doubt the company is actually located in Greenwich CT.
GREENWICH, CT -- I had a very similar experience to the other person who posted about this company. I was in contact with customer service about a set of sterling silver flatware, they were responsive and said they would place a rush on the order. Now no one will respond to e-mails, the mailbox will not take any messages and the product never shipped. I am cancelling my credit card.
I wish I had read the other reviews for The Cozy Pineapple before I placed my order. There is no customer service and everything I have read in other reviews is absolutely true. There is no response to email, and the toll-free number does not allow for messages to be left. I am not sure how this company has remained in business, clearly this is a scam.
