Non existent customer support. When you call the 1-800 number, you get a voice message stating that there is no room on their voice message machine. I have emailed them repeatedly for my order status update with no response.

This site advertised silk trees and flowers at one price, I ordered them only to find that the prices were changed the next day and I've never received my order. The toll free number is not in service and no one responds to email, there is no means communication possible.

CONNECTICUT -- I ordered something from the Cozy Pineapple over two weeks ago and the item never came. I repeatedly checked the order status and when I tried to cancel the order no one answered their customer service (mailbox full, try later). I then found this website with all the helpful reviews and decided to cancel my card today! They do not have a secure website where transactions are sent through a secure server so basically when you make a purchase from them you actually give THEM your credit card information and they can use it whenever they want. CONNECTICUT -- I placed an an order in Dec. 2010 for Christmas dinnerware. They charged my credit card for what was expected to ship. I didn't receive my order and was finally told shipment was due to be delivered in June. I asked at that time for a credit and rebill as the items were shipped. They agreed but that never happened. I did receive some items sooner than June, but less than what I was charged for. I e-mailed them several times asking for a refund for the difference and finally was told yes they did owe me $200. The rest of the my order came in a little at a time through August of 2011. When the balance never arrived, I e-mailed them again and was told the items had been discontinued. They never bothered to let me know until I asked. They still have not refunded my $200.00 and my credit card company said now it is too late for them to do anything about it. The Cozy Pineapple is a horrible company so STAY AWAY FROM THEM!! Any calls you make to them go directly to voicemail and they do not return your calls. GREENWICH, CONNECTICUT -- Placed an order on 6/29/11. On 7/2 requested status and were advised, "I have messaged our warehouse for a tracking number. As soon as I receive it I will forward it to you. Please be aware that you should not see a charge on your credit card until we ship your purchase. Let me know if you have any other questions in the meantime. Thanks for your business, we really appreciate it." That was the last I ever heard from them.
After nearly three weeks of their failure to respond to my phone messages (they never answered the phone and even on late Sunday evening their response was always the same -- we are on the phone helping another customer...) and repeated emails, I sent a request to CANCEL. Not once but three separate times to three separate email addresses, continued phone messages and finally a certified letter.
It was only after a final urgent plea for the common courtesy of a response to my cancellation request that I finally received a confirmation, which interestingly ended with their rote, "Please let us know if you have any other questions, and thanks again for your business, we really appreciate it.."
This is a company well worth avoiding.
I ordered from this company over two years ago and had no problems. I received the product and payment was cleared in my bank. Now two years later, they are making charges to my bank account. I have not visited this website since I ordered two years ago from them. Apparently they keep your bank card info on file. Thankfully my bank will investigate and hopefully this company will be prosecuted. 2 weeks after placing our order, we have received nothing. Look up the order on their site and it simply says "Order Cancelled". No email, no phone call, nothing.
Their toll-free number is just an answering machine and they never call back.
Incidentally, our credit card number got stolen online the very day after I placed the order with these folks? Coincidence? I don't know, but I'll forward their contact info to my bank to figure it out.
Furthermore, their address is just a mailbox store.
You'd be wise to skip this outfit unless you want to get scammed. Search their name on Google, and you'll all sorts of negative info.
My experience is like most of the other reviews. Never got product and they will not respond to phone messages or emails. Horrible company. Add reply

Customer service was non-existent except for one automated email confirming that the order was placed.
Would not deal with this company/web site again and cannot recommend to anyone.
NEW YORK, COLORADO -- This is a horrible company. I usually read reviews online before doing business with anyone but I was in a hurry. Shame on me. This company is a scam. After reading all the reviews, not only on this site but on many others as well, I truly think they are stealing, plain and simple.

Do not do business with this "company" and, please, anyone who was a victim of The Cozy Pineapple, join me in filing complaints with the FTC, the New York Attorney General's Office and the Better Business Bureau.
I have been trying to get ahold of these people for weeks! Good prices but they just don't want to pay anybody to answer the phone! Recording,,recording recording. Sick of it! I`M going somewhere else. Charging shipping anyways, I can get this item to ship free some where else!! Dont shop here,... you are right! Sucks BIG TIME! POOR SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My husband & I ordered an espresso machine which arrived within a week. The frothing pitcher was on back order (from the company....not the cozy pineapple) & we canceled that order after several months. We found the customer service to be excellent, e-mails were answered within a day & the staff was courteous.

GREENWICH, CONNECTICUT -- I ordered a 5 pc completer set for my daughter-in-law for Christmas and paid extra for 2 day air to be sure it arrived on time. It NEVER arrived. I sent an email to customer service and they said they would check on it. After 3 weeks I tried to call and got an answering machine so I emailed again and told them I was very unhappy - no response. I ordered three items on December 14th and paid an outrageous $45 for second day air shipping. I have yet to see my items. Their phone number is always answered by a machine. Repeated and emails have gone unanswered. Customer service is non-existent.
