LAWRENCE, KANSAS -- Three years ago, I bought a Great Land Lantern from Westlake Hardware in Lawrence, Kansas. The lantern has never worked properly. It emits a faint light that cannot help you when the electricity goes out in the evening. The recharger does not manage to improve the lantern. By now, I have given up on this lantern. I would like you to reimburse me for this miserable purchase. I will be glad to return the lantern to you and you can decide what you want to do to satisfy me.
