Terrible Customer Service

VERO BEACH, IDAHO -- Just as a previous reviewer wrote, I received something I didn't order (I had ordered a different item months prior and was finally shipped the wrong item). On numerous phone calls I was given incorrect information. When calling to complain, I was refused access to speak to a supervisor. My emails and letter sent were never answered. Thanks to AMEX's outstanding customer service, I was able to get a refund from them for the item price, but I still am out of pocket for the cost for them to ship the unwanted item to me and for the cost & insurance to send the item back.

I have never (and I do a lot of shopping on line) dealt with such an unresponsive and untrustworthy company. Please do yourself a favor and DO NOT do business with this company.

I find it interesting that people would actually order jewelry from an internet site. Kind of risky, just my opinion.
