There were no gloves on these peoples bare hands. Wiping there bare hands on their aprons then handling money then going right back to work on making pizzas. Hat flipping around food several times. ATLANTIC CITY, NEW JERSEY -- My god-daughter wanted Dominos Pizza so I ordered a large pizza with sausage and bacon as toppings, 8 boneless PCS of chicken and a 2 liter sprite. The order came to $20.00 and came in about 40 min. completely BURNT!! I found the pizza to be uneatable.
I called to complain and was told by management that, that was how that style of pizza ( pan pizza in the black box) was normally fixed. I told him that that was not true because I have had this style before. He sound like I irritated him and said ok, ok, I will send you another one I said fine thank you.
SADLY I have to complain that, that when that pizza arrived to my home I in fact returned the original uneaten pizza and received what I thought would be a better made pizza. To my surprise it too was also completely BURNT! as well. I just gave up because I had to feed my 12 year old god-daughter who had waited at this point over an hour to eat.
I am very disappointed and will NEVER order pizza from Dominos again. I didn't feel this issue would be solved by way of management at the Atlantic City Store after speaking to him earlier. so I decided to contact the home office of Dominos.
I went to get the special 1mediun pizza and 16 bites of bread for $9.99 and the manager told me that the code didn't work and took the flier from [me]. So rude and told me if you want it you have to pay regular price. It is not my fault that the code on the coupon didn't work,,. Add reply
ESPANOLA, NEW MEXICO -- I went to get a pizza and watched the guys make the pizzas and scratch their faces and pick @ their noses and then answer the phone and handle money and then go back and finish making pizzas. No gloves were worn and no hands were washed. I asked about all of this and one told me that all germs die in the hot ovens. He said the health department approves of all of this and their district manager approves also. I left. I won't be back there anymore.Add reply

CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE -- I have been ordering Dominos for a good while now, but this time the delivery man name Robert on Hixion Pike, had an attitude with me. I know I'm supposed to answer my phone before they leave the store to bring your order. OK, I answered my phone when he called the first time but then he called again and I didn't get it. So, he came to the door and said next time I'm not going to bring your order. But it's the way he said it. Then he said Papa Johns delivers, call them the next time. The pizza had the right ingredients typed on the box, but the wrong ones on the pizza. I called and the manager wanted to know why it took so long for me to call back.. Ordered pizza from Dominos Pizza in Houma, La off of West Park Ave, Store #3048 and when the pizza arrived two of the three pizzas looked like they were dropped. LOUISVILLE, KENTUCKY -- Dominos pizza franchise here in Lou. Ky. took my daughter and her friends order, they were told their free school coupons would be honored at pickup. When I drove them there to get their order employee argued with the one that took their phone-in order, wouldn't honor their school coupon and charged them for it.
I went in alone the 2nd time and told them that I didn't feel it was right because they called to make sure it would be honored at their location. They stared at me and one employee admitted she did take the call and apparently made a mistake never really apologizing. I felt they should not of been charged because of her mistake. I would of not made the trip if we were told this ahead of time. It was the employees mistake.
I received a medium one topping pizza last week that was so over-cooked there wasn't any sauce visible. I order dominos frequently and this one was the worst I have ever received. I will still continue to order from your company. Add reply

Bought a oven baked sandwich after work one night and wings guy with bad eye must didn't see it but after I ate one half of it I looked at the second half the bread was molded. FT. WASHINGTON, MARYLAND -- On 1/18/13 I called to order a pizza. When the pizza did not arrive I called to check on it after an hour and was told the order was not placed. To make a long story short, the employees were rude and very unprofessional. They were so rude on the phone, I had to get in my car and go to the store because they refused to give their names on the phone. When I got there they were ruder in person than on the phone. They cursed me out, told me to suck something and called me a b..... I was shocked and appalled. Apparently these guys were not afraid of losing their jobs. They were just ugly. I had to call the police because one of them stated that if he lost his job, he knew where I lived. I've had bad service before, but they took bad service to another level. MONROE, LOUISIANA -- I had a coupon for 2 large up to 3 toppings for $10.00. When I called in to order they tried to charge me $10.00 each, and when I asked to speak to a manager, she said there was a misprimt on the coupon and that they could offer me a free bread side which I already had a coupon for also, but I was still going to pay the $20 for both pizzas.

Now, I work at a gas station and we have to honor coupons by what they say as long as they are still valid, not by what they should say. What makes Dominos different?

First visit, I ordered a box of pizza and wings. After waiting a half hour, I realized my food should be done. So I asked if my food was ready and found out it had been done and sitting there on the rack where finished orders were. Meanwhile the staff just wondered aimlessly around as if there wasn't plenty to do. The delivery orders seem to be their first priority.
My second visit, I didn't have the luxury to place an order. I stood at the counter for 5 minutes while watching a female eat an Apple while handling the food orders in back which I thought was not sanitary at all! Another woman approached the register taking change out and did not acknowledge my presence. The staff were engaged in conversion with the delivery drivers. There seemed to be one guy handling the food that was actually working. He addressed me from the oven area and said someone will be with me. After waiting an additional five minutes without service I just decided to leave. This was very unfortunate. A waste of my time and loss of business for Domino's. That staff was very unprofessional and do not know what service means.
Only 2 pieces if pizza had cheese. Half of the pie was bare crust. I even took pictures. It looked as if the whole thing had been tilted with ingredients falling to one side. Only 2 pieces were good. The rest was wasted. 2 Replies - Latest reply on 12/18/2012Add reply
