BIG SPRING, TEXAS -- Ordered pizza, waited patiently for over an hour at which time I called, was told it was out for delivery. Called store, asked for manager. Manager came on. Told her my complaint "over an hour to deliver and food cold and rubbery." Was told "yep that's right. I am short staffed." Asked if that is normal for that to become the customers problem and she said "yep" and hung up! Really? This is where customer service in America is going?
MIDLAND, TEXAS -- I waited over 2 hours to receive my pizza even though I was told the wait would be 50 minutes tops. After the first hour and a half I called about my pizza and was told my pizza was on the way. It took another 40 minutes or so to receive my pizza although the location is only a few blocks away. Horrible service.
ELK RIVER, MINNESOTA -- Ordered delivery last night, March 5th 2013. And when called to see if I could actually just remove one of my items, manager had stated I couldn't and that they were closed now. And when I said I would no longer purchase then, management stated, and I quote..."okay, thanks for wasting my time", and he hung up. So rude, that's who you have running your store?
SOUTH CAROLINA -- I ordered a pizza, had it delivered... Once I opened the box, it smelled all the way like a dog. It smelled just like whoever made the pizza, played with a dog or even had a dog in their place of business... It smelled so horrible, I couldn't even eat it... A waste of hard earned money... I may as well flushed it down the toilet.
AUGUSTA, GEORGIA -- My order had food missing. Instead of fixing the problem they said they credited the food to that I already paid for to my phone number. When I called just two days later they refused to give me the food. But the worst part besides waiting on hold for over 30 minutes was the store employees talking about dropping food, the customers as well as sex and doing drugs! I was so shocked by this experience that I will NEVER order from Domino's again!
BALTIMORE, MARYLAND -- I called Domino's to place an order and when my order arrives there is something always missing. It has come to the point that they won't deliver to me anymore. I have credit at that location and I can't use it. The managers told me over the phone that he will not be allow anyone to deliver to my home. I am so upset because I spend money with them but you no longer want me as a customer. I have told my family not to order from Domino's because of my situation. I hope something can be done.
SELMA, TEXAS -- The person I spoke to when ordering was rude. Put me on hold twice once in the middle of my order. Talked so fast I could not understand her. She also acted output when I asked her to repeat a special I asked about. I also had cheesy bread and thought it would be better than before. The dough seemed a little raw and there was hardly any cheese. I love Domino's but I would prefer better service and better bread.
