ONTARIO, CALIFORNIA -- I ordered a pizza from Domino's. After a hour I called to see what happened. The manager started yelling at me and telling me I needed to wait again for the delivery person. I asked him if he could just refund the money on my credit card and he yelled at me, saying I had 2 choices wait for the pizzas again and get charged or just get charged. I explained to him that I did not want cold pizzas and he said "too bad" and hung up on me. So I had no pizza and I got charged.
LONDON, ONTARIO -- I sometimes go to your place for pizza when I have money and your pizza is better than Pizza Pizza's. I think this is because the personal pizza is made fresh instead of warmed up when people order it. Pizza Pizza used to do that (make round 6-8 inch personal pizzas but they stopped and sometimes their pizza tastes stale.) Yours is better because it is made right when we order it. Also it is next to my school so I can got there after school. (Dawson Middle School) And not that the time has changed it does not get dark until late so I can even come at 6:00 in the evening when it is really dinner time in Canada and US.
The one that I always go to is in London, Ontario and I there was never any major problems. There was one minor problem when one of the people that worked there forgot to let me pay for the pizza but I told him he did not charge me so that was settled. The only time I had a real problem with them was when we went on vacation and me and my cousin went to one of your restaurants located in BC, last year in summer. One of the people at the Victoria City was rude, but the rest of the people were kind. Please continue to make fresh personal pizzas.
BIG SPRING, TEXAS -- Ordered pizza, waited patiently for over an hour at which time I called, was told it was out for delivery. Called store, asked for manager. Manager came on. Told her my complaint "over an hour to deliver and food cold and rubbery." Was told "yep that's right. I am short staffed." Asked if that is normal for that to become the customers problem and she said "yep" and hung up! Really? This is where customer service in America is going?
MIDLAND, TEXAS -- I waited over 2 hours to receive my pizza even though I was told the wait would be 50 minutes tops. After the first hour and a half I called about my pizza and was told my pizza was on the way. It took another 40 minutes or so to receive my pizza although the location is only a few blocks away. Horrible service.
ELK RIVER, MINNESOTA -- Ordered delivery last night, March 5th 2013. And when called to see if I could actually just remove one of my items, manager had stated I couldn't and that they were closed now. And when I said I would no longer purchase then, management stated, and I quote..."okay, thanks for wasting my time", and he hung up. So rude, that's who you have running your store?
SOUTH CAROLINA -- I ordered a pizza, had it delivered... Once I opened the box, it smelled all the way like a dog. It smelled just like whoever made the pizza, played with a dog or even had a dog in their place of business... It smelled so horrible, I couldn't even eat it... A waste of hard earned money... I may as well flushed it down the toilet.
AUGUSTA, GEORGIA -- My order had food missing. Instead of fixing the problem they said they credited the food to that I already paid for to my phone number. When I called just two days later they refused to give me the food. But the worst part besides waiting on hold for over 30 minutes was the store employees talking about dropping food, the customers as well as sex and doing drugs! I was so shocked by this experience that I will NEVER order from Domino's again!
