I have been going to Dunkin Donuts for the last 20 years. the service you get and their product has declined in quality.
I am getting beyond furious with Dunkin Donuts.
I visited their store in Wellsville, NY and had to deal with a snobby little teen who was the only one working the counter.
Ordered beverage & noticed employee putting plastic bag in trash can. I asked if he washed his hands after, & he responded he didn't need to.
