This company sent me a product that I did not order and then charged my bank account for it twice. I returned the product to them. I have called several times and they keep telling me to call back in a few days. They will not answer e-mails.

How did they get your bank account number if you didn't order anything?
Posted by Principissa on 2008-05-23:
I'm curious as to how they got your account information if you never gave it to them. I suggest you pull your credit reports and contact your bank to start the process of filing a fraud affidavit. I would also contact your local police department and file a report, because if you didn't order these things it sounds like someone may have fraudulently obtained your account information.

I'm willing to bet that the OP had to give out his/her credit card info for a 'free trial' of the product.

I was thinking the same thing, Mrs. YooWho. I know I'm not the one who gave out his/her bank account number.

I had the same problem. This company is a fraud. What happens is you order their fitness equipment. I received that and they charged my account. This was fine. but a couple weeks later they started sending me weight loss pills(which I never ordered) and they began charging my credit card. I tried to call but like the previous person stated , they will not answer. They keep charging my account now, and I am not even getting anything in the mail. THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD. SPREAD THE WORD.

Easy Curves As Seen On TV - Continuity Scam
Posted by Chelle3 on 01/05/2009
This company tacks on a Continuity plan to every order for a weird supplement product then automatically charges two times the price of the actual product. I bought this product for a feminist art project about the absurdity of the product and now I wish I hadn't.

SCAM
Posted by TMB910 on 12/14/2009
When you order easy curves they send a vitamin along with it for free however never do they tell you that they are going to continue to charge you each month almost $27.00! When you call they try to get you to keep the supplements coming. This is a scam!!!! Beware!

Easy Curves Pills Scam
Posted by Criskmf on 05/04/2009
CALIFORNIA -- I initially ordered the easy curves a few months ago and now am getting charged monthly $19.99 for these pills that originally came with the product for free and now comes monthly and I am getting charged for it. I called last month when I got the charge and canceled my account and I still got charged again this month!!

I would think twice about getting involved with a company like this, this is not proper business conduct. Its a scam to rip people off!!!!

When you placed the original order did you read the terms? Clearly stated that they will ship more and charge your card. Since you have canceled and they continue to charge the card I suggest contacting the bank to request a charge back. Be aware that the bank may request proof of the cancellation.

I Started Getting A Diet Supplement I Never Ordered
Posted by Wbk79 on 11/17/2008
I obviously at some point ordered something on a trial basis from these people... First mistake, now I am getting monthly delivery of this diet supplement that I don't want. It is difficult to contact the company. I went to the website, but all it is advertising is a piece of equipment to enlarge your bust line. No mention of diet supplements. Will try the 800 number again tomorrow!!
