Tried to order fruit arrangement from store in lubbock, tx and was told they did not deliver to the small community I wanted them to deliver to. they said they delivered to another one but it was further away in the other direction and I asked why but they said they didn't know. actually the girl sounded like she hadn't even heard of my community but don't know.
few weeks later one of their delivery vans passed me in my community as I was leaving so I got on the cell phone and called them and the lady told me they sure did deliver there and she couldn't believe someone told me different. well I emailed a complaint to their email but never heard from anyone. this is three months later and I called Friday to get one delivered to my community and the girl was nice and took all my info then asked for the address in the community and I gave it to her. then she asked for the zip and I gave it to her and she said the computer rejected the zip so she could not deliver here. I said, "you told me when I first called that you did" she said yeah she thought they did too but the computer rejected it. I told her to use my zip that goes with my credit card then just hand write the real location on the printed out ticket and she said she couldn't do that. I got very angry and called her a bad, but clean, name that questioned her intelligence and then hung up. filed a complaint with BBB and it will be interesting to see if I get any response from anyone. in the complaint I was asked what type resolution was I looking for and I said just have the owner or manager call or email me and tell me if they do or do not deliver here and did their employee tell them about my little call. I figure the employee wasn't about to tell them about my call and how angry I was but maybe she did. hope to hear something. Anyway, if you don't live in lubbock, tx be careful about trying to get something delivered.
