Very Poor Customer Service and 15% Restocking Fee
Posted by on
Rating: 1/51
I purchase over $2500 worth of products and accidentally chose the wrong finish on one item. When I called to get information on returning it, I was told I would have to wait for 3-5 for a return authorization form and that it would cost me 15% extra. I gladly ordered my replacement product from another company that appreciated my money. Buyer beware - terrible service and rude customer service over the phone.

It's always a good idea to read the terms and conditions before committing to a purchase. That way there's no nasty surprises.

Horrible Customer Service and Return Policy!
Posted by on
Rating: 1/51
Absolutely horrible company. Spent $70 for an item that needed to be returned and their return policy and service is TERRIBLE. They are extremely rude. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. It cost me $27.00 to return the item and they charged a 15% restocking fee, I'm totally out all this money.

If you look at reviews both here and on other sites, Efaucets has one of the worst records for poor customer service on the web. You're probably far better off going to a local plumbing supply or even big box store to do your shopping.

Good advice, Alain. If you go looking for plumbing supplies on the web, you will start tripping over eFaucets complaints very quickly.
wjk898 on 2012-10-31:
You will also go tripping over their web site if you google an item. Its always one of the first 2 sites to come up. Jujst ignore it. I had the same exact experience only its now 3 months and haven't seen a credit posted yet. I will call them but I don't expect much. I will get back about 30 percent what I paid for the article with shipping and that obnoxious 15% fee. Never use that outfit! Scheisters!

Only got part of the item, the button, of a garbage disposal air switch. Over a month now, still not received other part. They said it will take weeks to get the part. They will not refund until they get the button back from me. They failed to notify UPS to pick up button from me. All their fault but they won't refund.

This is typical behaviour for E-Faucets.

Too bad you didn't check on this site before you purchased from EFaucets. I don't believe anyone has ever received merchandise from this company. I don't know why the AG in the company's home state hasn't shut this place down. Does anyone know if there is a physical address or is this business being operated from a home?

Terrible Service and Attitude!
Posted by on
I will never use this company or their products again. Their product are cheap, designed poorly, and use inferior material.

eFaucets will lie about everything. They say they care about their customers but only thing they really care about the $$.

Once you've paid, you mean NOTHING to them. I installed some of their products and now, when the products have failed and I am facing enormous plumbing bills for replacements, and repairs.
BEWARE!

Do not purchase from this co

An earlier reviewer had said the relationship ends once they have your money. That is very true. Not even 2 hours after I sent the order, my emails, concerns and questions were ignored. When I finally got someone on the phone, they told me sorry order is placed I cannot help you now. Worse customer service of all time and not consumer oriented.

Once they've got your money, the relationship is OVER!

Impossibly frustrating: three months of requesting credit for an authorized return. I sent back the goods, but heard nothing after 6 weeks. Emailed them twice, and after each got a confirmation of an imminent refund, but, of course, no credit was issued (their BS: "Your credit will be taken care of today, and you will see it posted to your account within 2-10 business days," then "Your credit will be taken care of by 12/10/2010 and you will see it posted to your account within 3-5 business days from that day"). After a phone call, they reassured me, "Your account will be credited by the end of the day." Hah. Finally after threatening to contact the Better Business Bureau, they issued the credit...deducting 40% for restocking and shipping. Such liars - they assume the customer will forget that a refund is due and then string you along with their false promises. Irritating, unethical, foolish.

Dreadful

As a property manager, I ordered parts from them for a leaking faucet, and was told that they would arrive between 3 and 7 days. After three weeks and no response I was forced to hire a plumber to repair the faucet, as this was a tenant situation. FOUR weeks later I received half of my order. I emailed eFaucets to ask for a full refund but was refused because my order was not large enough. I emailed again to say that not only was my order three weeks late, but that I never received the full order. No response. Do not EVER order from this company.

Simply Pathetic Service

RACINE, WISCONSIN -- I order a great deal of items on line. In fact, more than 85% of the items I purchase come from on-line retailers. So, from a buying perspective, this is not my first rodeo. In my humble opinion, this is, by far, the worst company I have ever dealt with. From the moment they get your money, they might as well close the doors and move away. In the last 2 days, I waited more than 1.5 hours for someone to answer the phone. Thinking there must be a better way, I tried to do the on-line chat. Again, waited for more than 45 minutes just to get a person to chat with. When I finally got the opportunity to speak with someone, their response was "we need to call the supplier / manufacturer to check on the item. We will call or email you with the update" Guess when the update came???? Never - it never came.

To say this business completely sucks would be a huge understatement. Anyone choosing to conduct business with eFaucets.com or any of their affiliated companies is making a massive mistake. From one consumer to another, please, please, please don't do it. Choose a reputable vendor who can actually provide service before, during and after the sale.

They Won't Admit Their Own Errors
Posted by on
I would never recommend to do business with this company. They placed a second order in error and charged me for it and refuse to refund my money. They apparently have a ridiculous system that cannot confirm when orders are actually in progress.

If you call to tell them they have made an error even if a shipment has not gone out yet they will refuse to deal with the situation. The supervisor hung up on me. They stole over $400 from me as a restocking fee because I sent back the order they placed in error!!!!!

Don't expect honesty, help or fairness once they have your credit card number.
